Wow... All I can say is wow! I had a Colon Hydrotherapy Appt with Cove Wellness and I can tell you, my sense of well being has never been better!! It was my first EVER colonic and although I was a little nervous, I was still anxious to have one done. I could not have picked a better staff and facility to get it done with... Making the appt with Lisa, the owner was very very easy to talk to, and even though I made the appt online, she called me back within minutes of me submitting it to let me know of more options I had in making my appt. She was very personable and we even chatted a few more minutes about other personal experiences we had in common. She was very accommodating to my needs and to the needs of my friend. (I later found out she has 25 years of experience in holistic healing!) I went in on a weekend morning, and we were seen right away. Our hydro-therapist was Annie, and she was remarkable! With great knowledge, and over 7 years of experience in Colon Hydrotherapy. The amount of care, and confidence in her service was well noted and she took such good care of me. Any questions I had she was able to answer and even had me in such good convo, that it made me feel so comfortable which was important to me. She walked me through the entire process, and not once did I question my decision to have a colonic! GREAT Work Annie! Afterwards, I was SO amazingly mentally clear, felt light and clean, and had a sense of happiness! Wow.. The benefits have continued and I swear that my vision is clearer and I have an more positive outlook on life and an energy throughout the day that I cannot explain. Because of all this I have scheduled more sessions and doing a series of 3 to get the full benefits! This process is holistic and the facility is quaint and peaceful.. Im coming back! I want to start off by saying I am incredibly impressed with Cove Wellness. I purchased a Groupon for a one hour Colon Hydrotherapy treatment and as soon as I did, I called to book an appointment. Though I called mid February, the earliest Lisa was able to get me in was just this morning, April 4th- but it was more than well worth the wait. I knew upon calling that they would be slammed with appointments seeing as though the Groupon was such a great deal, so I didn't expect to be seen the next day. Lisa was very kind and apologetic that the appointment was so far out but I would honestly wait four months if necessary simply because of the customer service Lisa provided. Throughout the session, Lisa addressed my concerns, answered any and all questions, and provided very knowledgeable advice on an assortment of issues. After the session was over, I was not rushed to leave but actually encouraged to take as much time as I needed- and before I even walked out the doors, I felt amazing. I'm incredibly impressed with Cove Wellness. At first I wasn't sure if I was wasting my time and money. But I was desperate and gave it try. I suffer from severe water retention and bloating. I'm not over weight and I have a lot of muscle tone. But I felt chubby and couldn't understand why I wasn't able to get rid of this layer of fat. I learned that it wasn't fat but water and toxins trapped. I'm a runner, and my diet is pretty good. I'm amazed by the results. My fingers are no longer swollen! To give you a better idea, I was a bridesmaid and my dress was tight. After two visits my dress was a little loose. I feel so much better, the sluggish feeling I had is gone. I purchased a Groupon for a Sea Stone Massage at Cove Wellness, and was really happy with the overall experience. First, I received personal attention and scheduling assistance from the owner (Lisa), who went out of her way to help accommodate me (and other Groupon holders) by opening up additional treatment times on the weekends outside of normal hours. This was something I really appreciated. The facility itself was intimate and lovely, and I was greeted by pleasant staff who made me feel very welcome. My massage therapist, Britney, was excellent. She was a very sweet girl with great energy, and she took her time through the treatment. I had never had a sea stone massage before, but it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Very therapeutic. I left feeling extremely relaxed and rejuvenated. I came in for lymphatic drainage massage to fight off getting sick before my vacation and left with a whole new view on wellness! The lymphatic drainage was a two step process starting with patented electro therapy followed by MediCupping which I learned was almost 4x as powerful as manual lymphatic drainage. I have just completed the "Signature Series" which included an hour of lymphatic therapy, followed by the Jade Infrared sauna, then a colon cleanse. WOW! Getting in was a nightmare. I called and did not get any call backs. I was a little lost on the location and need help. When I arrived, there was a sticky note with my name to fill out paperwork.
