I paid a lot to have 360 lipo. The doctor didn't take anything from my stomach and blamed it on my tissue. He didn't tell me that during the evaluation. He left me huge scars. They also forgot to give me the foam boards post procedure (I purchased them they just forgot) I asked them to revise or see what they can do and they wanted nothing to do with my request. Awake Lipo 360 BBL + Chin Lipo Surgery Date: 3/3/22 I waited to write this review till I was about six months post op and I hope this could help anyone looking to get this procedure done. I want to start off by saying from the moment I contacted Skin&Skinnier they have been nothing but helpful, kind & overall amazing. The whole team is truly so friendly. They really made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. Also, I am BEYOND happy I chose Dr Torres for my procedure because he's an amazing surgeon. The day of the procedure went well. I was a little nervous but once I was actually there and everyone was so kind it made me feel safe and in good hands. Pain wise for me it was an uncomfortable feeling but bearable.. not so much painful just an odd feeling. I was fidgety but the meds they give you help a ton and I noticed being on my phone helped just to keep me distracted. Once the procedure is done they have you rest and make sure you're feeling okay until you're ready.. I went straight home after that which was about a 3-4 hour car ride and just slept mostly. The next day I did not take any of the pain medication they prescribed me I only took Tylenol extra strength for about 4 days and then I was fine. I was walking around at the park and making sure to follow all post op instructions. Dr Torres wife Doris is a literal angel! Any question or concern you may have she's on it! Doris always answered right away no matter how silly or small the question may have been. She checks in with you frequently as well just to make sure you're doing okay. I had my surgery on a Thursday so I called off for the day of and Friday and went back to work Monday. As the weeks went by it certainly got easier and I was pretty much back to my normal routine. I wore my faja consistently and kept up with my incisions. I want to say I wasted SOOO much money trying to find the perfect faja and my favorite was the one skin&skinnier provided just buy more than one so when you shower you can wear the clean one right after..my one complaint of this whole experience was the healing process of my incisions they annoyed me to tears! But on the other hand I am blessed to say that was my only complaint. Also they are fully healed and the scars are lightening very nice. I use scar gel & silicone tape to help with this. (Cicatricure face & body scar gel & Medpride easy tear silicone gel tape roll) FYI I started laying on my sides around 2 months and maybe I should have waited a little longer because my hip dips came back slightly.. nothing like before and I would say it's more noticeable in pictures than in person but one hip is dented more than the other because I tend to lay on the same side every night! So that's something to keep in mind. Recovery can be a lot of ups & downs but in the end I was so happy I did this for myself and the chin lipo really made such a difference for me as well I don't have much else to say about it other than I'm happy I added that on! Overall i'm so happy with my results and it was 100% worth it. I am 10 weeks post op. I am happy with my results. I knew going in I wasn't going to be 100% where I wanted to be but I'm definitely happy it was so worth it. My inicial consult was via FaceTime and the doctor was nice and asked about my health and any questions I had. He answered all of my concerns. The day of surgery!! (Just a side note I was on my period so I was tender to begin with) Ughhhh I'm not gunna lie it was a bit painful for me. Now I was gunna knock one star because honestly the doc got a little annoyed because I squirmed around while I was getting surgery but I was legit in pain and he said I should be numb by now and in my head I'm like clearly not. The nurse which I didn't even get her name was really really nice. That woman held my hand the whole time. Eventually I was numb. The doctor after he saw the tear in my face took it easy on me and at the end of the day that's what counts for me. Aside the beginning pain it was bearable and I'm DEFINITELY GOING BACK!! After surgery!! Doris!!!!!!!! She's the queen. All I'm gunna say is the doctor is one lucky man to have her as a wife and partner in crime lol! Where do I even begin! I just had my procedure done yesterday 360 lipo and BBL. To say I was nervous would be an understatement, Yet from the moment I opened the door I was greeted with the biggest smile from Rachael and Doris! First Step: I checked in, paid my remaining balance and then off I went into my own little waiting room. Right away Rachael administers the anti anxiety medication and then has you change into a bathing suit and cute pink robe. While waiting for my procedure to begin Rachael , Doris and I chatted about my daughter and any other questions or concerns I had. I never felt like I was waiting alone in a cold room. You have to really search Instagram to find girls with private accounts that have had awful work done by him. Past clients have reached out and he refuses to acknowledge the work he did and botched. He isn't honest when girls actually need a tummy tuck and has no formal plastic surgery training. He was a previous Emergency department doctor. Wow! Where do I begin? I have been following doctor Torres' work for a while now while he was in Arizona. I was planning on going out there to get my procedure done. I then had found out he moved and opened a beautiful new office here in San Diego! It was a sign! So I made an appointment for a consultation. I got there an hour before the procedure so they can get everything set up and check my vitals and give me anxiety medication. Doris even gave me a snack and water before the procedure. So I was all set to go! I had researched awake lipo and bbl and it seemed like it was pretty painless. And IT was! Just a couple bee sting feelings and some uncomfortable parts. The only painful part for me was when he injected the fat into my butt, but it didn't last long. I was sucking on that nitrous oxide as much as I could at that time. I requested information about liposuction. I stated my age, and all other information they requested. At first they came back saying this is what Dr. Torres recommend; which came up for to 9k. I email back and told them what I wanted; which didn't include Brazilian butt lift. The next day, I get an email saying I am basically too old for their lipo procedure, and Dr. Torres does not take anyone older than 50. I love love love Dr. Torres and his team. They are seriously the sweetest, kindest medical professionals I've encountered and I am a waking silicone doll so I've been around the block with plastic surgery! I've been wanting a BBL for 4 years now, but struggled to find a surgeon in San Diego that I could trust to give me the booty and body of my dreams. I work out 5-6x a week and I have minimal fat so I had to find a doctor that could give me realistic results with my body type. First off, the staff is friendly. Based on Dr. Torres I would have given 5 stars for his work and professionalism as a doctor. He did a wonderful job on my liquid rhinoplasty and lip fillers. I also, got kybella, but I am unable to give a review on that since it will take 6 weeks to notice any difference. I was a little concerned during the time my kybella was administered as I felt a lot of the product dripping all over my neck before it actually was injected into my skin. There is a bit of miscommunication when it comes to emails and getting a response back. That is why I had to take off 2 stars. Prior to my visit there were a couple of times of miscommunication or a mix up since different receptionist are replying back. Also, it has been well over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a revised price quote from Dr. Torres. I followed up last week and was told that I would receive it by that day, however no one got back and followed through. I was planning on doing a lot more procedures and such with this business, but the lack in this area is a bit concerning to me. I like it when a business is prompt and responsive. I don't like it when I have to constantly follow up, which creates more work for me as a client. Overall I really liked Dr. Torres and his staff; I just wish they were more prompt in providing information and following through with what they say they will do. read more

I loveeee Dr. Torres! He makes me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I'm always leaving happy and feeling pretty! He's the most down to earth and humble Doctor I know. I went to see Dr. Torres for my underarms laser hair removal and I'm obsessed with this procedure. I don't have to worry about waxing under my arms every week and I hated the ingrown hairs that leaves the red bumps under my arms. It was ugly and sometimes it irritates me. Now, after 4 sessions of laser hair removal i love my underarms! It's so smooth and clean looking. No more waxing every week saves me money and no more of the gray shade color under my arms because my hair is dark and I have olive skin tone. Ladies this is a great investment!
