Keven ordered another part that would have cost an additional $1000, ( they would have had to take out the dash) but once the motor was in it wasn't needed. This is an honest shop. Also we only have one rig in Tucson....we're snow Roadrunners ( natives to Tucson) and my husband had a new hip last week and I needed to get him to PT. They were fast and efficient while I waited at the shop. Keven even gave gave me a ride to a pickleball court that wasn't there and offered to take me to another one! I dropped the part off around 3:00 one day and was called at 11:00 am the next day saying the work was completed. The quality of work was exceptional. It may have been a simple job but that is why I am so impressed with this shop. He could have told me he didn't have time or taken his time to put a bigger job ahead but he made sure to get it done fast and be curtious. The owner is a really good guy and fair on his pricing. Along with a kicker amp that i had in hand. i had no wiring, and the only other two items i had to give was an LC1i converter and a kicker bass knob. Now i do want to start off by saying that when i came in, i had the intentions of only coming out with having some good bass in the car, but tested my luck and had them replace my stock amplifier on top of the one being put in for the subs due to the fact that the tweeters and bass alone in this car sounds like complete sh!t from factory. Now i say i tested my luck only cuz they mentioned to me that they have never tried to do anything on a volkswagen's stock tweeters/speakers and them being so damn low in sound. So me and Roman (the guy who helped me out) decided to, again like i mentioned, test my luck and see if maybe replacing that stock amp would make a difference in sound quality and loudness on top of the subs being put in. I can't express enough how happy i came out this shop today. Not only do i have good a$$ bass, but now my stock speakers r stupidly loud and on top of everything, wiring and setup looks flawless. and ima be real, im picky asf but i genuinely see nothing out of place, no wires sticking out, no panels broken no scratches, nothing!! everything came out perfect. it did take about 7-8 hours, but definitely 100% worth the wait. 10/10 and 5 stars!!!
