Over the weekend I realized they had left my radiator cap off and my car almost overheated. If I didn't have a gallon of water and my buddy following me I'm guessing my car would have been done. I took it back to have them fix the leak, they ended up fixing the leak and I asked them to consider what happened and call me. They never got back in touch and didn't even pay for the radiator cap I had to buy and the additional coolant they cost me. If they want to... seems they can do good work but seems they lack follow-up and customer service.

They use good parts and, my favorite thing about them is that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. They will let you know if they find other things that need attention and give you a good honest opinion on the urgency of a repair. They are easy to miss since you can't really tell that its a garage from the front. So we went to Kelly's Transmissions - the first report could have been better as the part was on backorder, and they had no time estimate.
