Oscar at the front inspected my tire and did a whole vehicle inspection, handed the vehicle over to Mauricio who was able to find a nail and patch the tire for free! Not only did the guys fix the tire but they also gave me some solid avice about the safety of the vehicle and future maintenance. I am shell shocked, as a new resident here in Tucson, because just a general inspection in California usually costs about $25. The fact that these guys were able to inspect, discover the issue and fix the issue of a patching the tire for free was a godsend! Thank you guys! I took it back to have them fix the leak, they ended up fixing the leak and I asked them to consider what happened and call me. They never got back in touch and didn't even pay for the radiator cap I had to buy and the additional coolant they cost me. The air conditioning went out and the Tucson heat is climbing. They got us in within 24 hours and replaced the blower motor. Keven ordered another part that would have cost an additional $1000, ( they would have had to take out the dash) but once the motor was in it wasn't needed. This is an honest shop. Also we only have one rig in Tucson....we're snow Roadrunners ( natives to Tucson) and my husband had a new hip last week and I needed to get him to PT. They were fast and efficient while I waited at the shop. Keven even gave gave me a ride to a pickleball court that wasn't there and offered to take me to another one! This shop goes above and beyond and I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

However, after the service, I was charged $123, and the air filter was not even replaced. I was also told that my car required a more expensive, higher quantity oil, which I later found out was not true. As someone who trusted the mechanic's advice, I feel that I was misled and overcharged. I believe customers deserve honest information and fair pricing. Unfortunately, I did not receive either, and I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

There is no secretary, so the only other person to write the invoice would have to be the technician. The manager told me he would "look it over and call me back the next day." I received no return calls. I do not recommend dealing with this service.
