Based on 2nd experience they dont deserve any. The 2nd time having to deal with them, the customer service was horrible. I was given an estimated tow time from roadside assistance. I called and let her know my car was not ready but the time scheduled should work and asked that she let driver know not to rush or go early because car wasnt ready to be picked up. She said okay and I thought all was good. Within an hour I get a call from driver telling me he is 3 minutes away. This is 1-2 hours earlier than estimated time. Driver was a bit rude to me. I call the office back and explained that I was going by estimate on app and she argued that it was wrong and the time she gave me when she called me was the right time. Well she never called me - I called her as described above and she never told me they would be there in less than an hour. I wouldve canceled or rescheduled. I explained that she never called and she tried to argue with me. I finally said okay well you didnt give me a time so what do we do now. She was extremely rude so I told her not to reschedule and immediately contacted roadside assistance to get a new provider. So glad I did. Whoever the girl is that was working there 05/19 between 10am - 3pm needs some additional training in customer service. The driver that was scheduled at that time did too. Also notified by the shop where my car was being picked up from that driver was rude to them as well.

What's the result, them taking too many tows with long ETA,s. They provided a 75-105min eta.....after waiting those 105 min they call me and say they are running late if I can get the tow scheduled for tomorrow which I can't. They call me and say they will see how much longer it'll be and also call State Farm and will call me back. Next thing, I get a text saying they cancelled. Didn't even have the decency to call me back. If you get these guys be prepared to wait a LONG time and they will prob no show. I'll be sore to let State Farm know how awful this company is!!

I went in to Ramon's because my Dad has been doing business with them for over 20 years. I wanted…read moreto get new Struts and Shocks for my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary. Bryan working the counter quoted me about $1200 for the parts to be ordered and for labor. He said that I had shocks all the way around the Jeep. I said ok. I left a $600 deposit to have the parts ordered. When I came home, I doubled checked my research and noticed that I did in fact need Struts in the front of the Jeep and Shocks in the rear. I call back and spoke to Hiram, owners son. Told him what happened and when he looked into it advised me that the Bryan gave me prices on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mind you the"Kid" never ran my VIN or even my license plate. After Hiram, ran my plate, he stated that he would not UP CHARGE me on parts but would leave the labor cost as is, making the total about $1300-1400. I was fine with that. Two days later I drop off my Jeep to have the work done. They had the Jeep the WHOLE day and told me it would be ready by 4:45pm. I go in. Speak with Denise and she can not find my key. Bryan walks in and starts off with "Did Hiram call you"? After that I knew something was wrong. He stated that they could not do the REAR SHOCKS because they didn't know the Jeep used a certain shocks. He told me that the new shocks were $500 each not including labor. They did not find this out until after the Jeep was on the lift (30 minutes before me arriving). Keep in mind I got no call about this issue and had spoke to Hiram twice before picking up my Jeep. I know for a fact that they were not trying to eat the cost of a mistake that was made by their employee. The VIN was never ran nor was the License Plate. How are you working on vehicles and NOT KNOW what parts are needed for those vehicles. I doubt I will hear back from them and that's ok. I will never go back to Ramons again. And just for peace of mind.... This is the 1st review I have ever posted. Do your research. Check their work. If you don't feel right about it. Say something. Don't pay for someone else's mistake or lack of training.

It needed a new clutch for sure. It ended up needing a new transmission. When I asked Ernie to talk to my brother in California since I know nothing about cars, he was more than willing to take the time to do so. My brother is a mechanic and confirmed that Ernie was doing exactly what needed to be done. I know I'm not the only woman who often feels I'm at the mercy of a mechanic, and I can't express how happy I am to have found Ernie who treated me honestly and kindly. I came to the shop on the week he had the truck and saw he had removed the front differential and Independent Front Suspension(without my consent),which was giving the engine high clearance. He didn't put them back on. Instead, Ernie replaced them with very rusted, older model parts changing the original IFS to a solid front suspension which lowered the engine taking away the high clearance. He took these parts without my knowledge. I paid for the new transmission, but the transmission broke apart during the test drive spilling all the fluid on the road and making a cloud of smoke. Ernie refused to honor the warranty, was very rude, and cancelled the warranty. Not trustworthy. Never ask for his service. Ernie stole from me.
