When you first get here, it's located on the street so there is no designated parking for you car. You have to park on the street. The ladies are very welcoming and nice. What got me disappointed was I came with a broken nail and the rest of my nails only needed a fill. As Kelly was removing it, she used a nail acrylic and went around the edges of my broken nail and YANKED IT REALLY HARD. IT EVEN STARTED TO BLEED AND ALL SHE SAID WAS SORRY. The removal process for my other nails were ok. I chose to do dip powder for my dark blue nails. When Kelly was doing my nails, Im pretty sure she rushed because customers were coming in and wanting to get their nails done. On top of that, she dipped the brush with a lot of powder when usually its supposed to be a little at a time. My nails came out at an uneven color. In addition, usally dip powder nails are $35. Tell me why my nails came out to be $45? (I tipped $5 totalling $50). Did they charge me for the length or something because I was never told that but it was partly my fault too since I didn't ask. But where did the price come from? The cost for the shape? Well certainly the shape doesn't look like the skinny coffin I wanted.
