Orange cat eye pattern in a cosmic background

I have only ever had a FANTASTIC experience at Cover nails! Tom always gives me the most incredible designs! I get so many compliments on my nails! I am in a "cat eye" phase right now! And his mom Tee gives me the most restorative deluxe pedicures! So relaxing and renewing!

I'm a regular customer with Chi and she does an amazing job! I love how my nails turns out every time.

ive been getting my nails done for about 10 years and never in my life had i gotten a fungus infection. but i got one from this place and want to cry. do not waste ur money here. disgusting.

My friend and I went to go get our nails done and waited about 5 minutes before we were helped. My nails took about 45 minutes to do and we're perfect. The guy helping me was very talented and precise. But my friends girl started her nails and then made her move for a different women to get her nails done. She waited about 35 minutes before the woman started helping her again. She wanted the same french tip acrylics as me but the lady lopped the white nail polish on and tried to remove it with acetone. It looked terrible. So after my friend and I were there for 1.5 hours my friend asked them to redo them. My friend and I go here pretty frequently and haven't had an experience like this before so I hope it's a one time thing. The vibe overall was nice and mostly clean. Except the guy helping me repeatedly wiped his face and itched his eyes. He wasn't wearing gloves or glasses so the nail dust was going into his eyes. I would have left a worse review due to the service but my nails turned out perfect.

damaged my pinky nail as well

if you are thinking of going to a nail salon and you care about your nails, go ANYWHERE ELSE!! this place is unsanitary and customer service is 0/10. went in this morning to only remove my acrylic nails, first of all if I wanted them yanked off i would've done it myself in the comfort of my own home, this lady took another nail and forcibly removed my nails then soaked my thumb in acetone JUST MY THUMB BTW. then to top it off, they charge me $20 which is overpriced for something i could've done myself. these are what my nails looked like after. highly disappointed in the service and will never return again.

I was in a bind and had no available time the night before a work trip so I ran into Cover Nails on Monday afternoon for a mani/pedi. I had heard not so good things about this place previously and therefore drove to Maxx Nails by CVS but they were booked solid. So I drove to ENails by Walmart and they were also booked. I then called Cover Nails and asked if they had availability and asked if they were busy. They said no and to come right over. I drove right over there and walked in. Every seat was full and and they had people waiting. Now I'm not naive to believe that within the 7-8 minutes it took me to drive over there additional people didn't show up, but where these people were in the process of their services would lead a person to believe they had been there for a while. So strike 1. I asked if they do Gel and was told that they do but to select a color from the wall and they would match it up to their gel colors. My 6 year old and I were both perplexed by this but willing to see where it went. They seat her in a chair to start her manicure and I in a chair to get a pedicure. Things went south from there! The woman who put the water in the tub had it scorching hot and I asked her to turn it down. There seemed to be a language barrier and I was not able to get cooler water put in. I had to wait for it to cool down some and then just suffered through it. My fault for not being more forceful. Then the worst part. The woman started rubbing my legs with sea salt and I started having a reaction to it. I started turning red and itching like CRAZY! I asked her to stop and get me a towel and that we needed to get it off of me right away. She didn't understand so I had to grab the towel from the rolling table and start wiping my legs down hard! Once she understood she started to help me but turned on the scalding water and burned my legs! Once that fire was put out she got a clay mask and started rubbing them all over my legs... I am allergic to peppermint! And the main ingredient is peppermint! My fault! I'm now starting to panic and telling her we have to get this off my legs RIGHT NOW! Nothing. She keeps rubbing it in! I started making a scene to the point it was drawing the attention of other patrons and I am wiping feverishly as my flesh feels like it is burning! I know it sounds dramatic but I've been in the hospital for peppermint reactions and I did not want to have one in front of my 6 year old. Long story short I got it off using the water in the tub and I asked her to drain the tub multiple times! MULTIPLE! She didn't. And then she used the water 2 times to dip the hot stones in and "reinfected" me with the dirty peppermint water!! I got outta there as quick as I could but not before I stepped onto their very dirty floor covered in hair. I would NOT recommend this nail salon as there are many more clean facilities out there that take care of their clients! Oh and my gel manicure that I got on Monday (it's Friday now) has already chipped and come off of my nail.

I've been in MN for going on 5 weeks, and I held out on getting my nails done as long as possible. I finally got on Instagram and started searching for a nail place because they were BAD. I found cover nails and after scrolling through most of their pictures I was satisfied. (I'm super nail particular)! So I call up see how much a powder fill is and they tell me $35. Cool. I ask are they busy? The man on the phone says you can come now! I drive 30 mins from Eagan, and I'm sat immediately. The sweetest man asks what color I'd like and what service I need. I asked him to cut my cuticles - he does no problem. Fast forward, the color I liked they didn't have but he was able to find me something extremely similar! He took his time with laying the acrylic. He shaped my nails well. When he asked me questions, I followed with thank you and he said you're welcome no problem. After finishing, I was happy to have driven the distance because the nails were good but the service was excellent. If you're anything like me you'll sacrifice drive time for quality service ALWAYS. After I finished my total for the service was $40. I didn't have any cash on me so I walked to Wells Fargo to get him a tip. Overall, my nail salon experience was great! Far better than I expected. The other employees appeared to be very accommodating of the other customers from what I could see and hear. The salon wasn't overly busy and no one waited for a very long time. If I was in town longer, I'd most definitely go back.

One is shorter than the other . I absolutely hate it .

The weirdest part is when you search for nail salons CoZy almost never comes up and that's a shame. I made appointments online for a friend and I and requested to sit next to each other, I was so happy when they let us (normally salons are so busy and even when you ask in advance they don't put you next to one another). We arrived to find a shared parking lot with plenty of spots. Inside the vibe gives clean, sterile and relaxing. This salon is NOTHING like the others, it's so peaceful and everyone is so nice. I went with a gel manicure and spent $40 base price. They do prefer cash and charge a fee for credit card, $2 for Amex which beats the charge to take out cash. I cannot wait to return and I'm so excited to have found a salon that I can continue going back to! If you're on the fence, don't be! CoZy deserves the 5 star rating!

If you're looking for the ultimate pampering, I highly recommend their top-of-the-line pedicure, which includes a soothing leg massage, a hot stone massage, and a wax treatment. In addition to pedicures, they offer all the usual nail services, including gel polish, so there's something for everyone. Parking is plentiful, which is a big plus, but I'd recommend setting up an appointment ahead of time, especially if you're planning to go on the weekend--they can get pretty busy.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I went there today with my mom and my mentally disabled older…read moresister. My sister has a hard time understanding all the differences in between all of the different types of nails you can get, so my mom and I always tell the manicurist what to do for her. We told the lady, "Gel ONLY on her nails please, no acrylic" as she struggles with long nails. My mom and I were receiving pedicures and chatting while my sister's back was to us as she was getting a manicure. She turns around with a confused look on her face about halfway through her manicure and shows us she has acrylics on her nails. I immediately knew something was up, but there was nothing we could do to reverse it so we let her finish up. My mom was in a rush because she had to work that morning, so she quickly paid for our services without them being finished yet (yes they asked for a tip already). She charged us $175 for basic pedicures and an acrylic nail set that we didn't even want, but my mom had to go ASAP so we let it slide. My sister also wanted to get a touch up on her pedicure that she had received a few days prior at a different establishment because a few of her toes had lost the polish on them. Once again I told the lady, "White polish ONLY on the toes that do not have polish". I was finished with my pedicure and innocently scrolling through my phone when I looked at my sister's feet and the lady was removing ALL of the polish that she still had on. I immediately stopped her and was like "WTF are you doing?? We said just paint on the bare nails!". She then proceeded to gaslight me telling me "No, that's not what you said, you said you wanted them all white". Seeing my sister get so upset that her beautiful design that her old pedicure had been removed without asking was extremely upsetting. I asked her what we paid for and she said she had charged us for a full polish change (classic right those little scammers), so I said fine, just give us what we paid for and do them all white. After the pedicure had finished up, I calmly approached her with my concerns and said "Hi! I'm not sure if you realized, but my sister is mentally disabled and has a hard time understanding what goes on in the nail salon, and what you did this morning is called taking an advantage of a vulnerable person. You went against our explicit and direct requests because you knew that she didn't understand and you could get away with forcing us to pay for more. That is utterly disgusting and extremely disrespectful and I hope you realize that making a little bit more money is NEVER worth sacrificing your own integrity by taking advantage of a vulnerable person". Which was, of course, met with screaming and trying to tell me that she could cut my sisters nails if they were too long. Basically just wanted to let everyone know this establishment is disgusting and sick. They take advantage of vulnerable people just to play the game and make a few extra bucks. Disgusting employees all in all and I hope no one ever gives their money to this type of establishment that endorses this behavior.
