However, since I was home sick, my husband checked their work once completed. He wasn't satisfied with a few things and thought they weren't as thorough as you could have been. The kitchen floor was still dirty in front of the kitchen door and all he did was take a wet paper towel and clean it up. They did mention the kitchen floor being a laminate was difficult it is to clean, but on the other hand, clean water without a chemical and a paper towel did the job. Same thing with the kitchen counter - there was sticky residue from an adhesive countertop paper the tenant had used and my husband had to clean it off the edges. Crystal Klear did get the top stickiness off but didn't it go around to the edge to remove it. My husband cleaned that as well. Also splattered paint that was on the baseboards and also the toilet from the painter weren't addressed, and my husband just picked off the drips with his fingernail to clean it away. One more thing, there was a label on the tank part of a toilet that wasn't removed and just left there. Although specifically not mentioned in my directives, I would think that they would take that off when they cleaned. When I received an email asking how they did, I replied with everything above and I never received a response in return. Very disappointing that the communication was excellent before the job, but when I pointed out things after they were done, dead silence. I don't think I would use them again. Although our investment properties in Oswego are on the older side, I still expect attention to detail with a cleaning service to get the place ready for a new tenant.

I hired this company to perform a deep clean on the house I was moving into--an empty home that should have been one of the easiest cleaning jobs possible. Unfortunately, they completely failed to deliver. There were crumbs left inside the kitchen cabinets, dust remained on virtually every surface throughout the house, and overall it appeared as though many areas had not been cleaned at all. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from the owner, Debra. When I contacted her and requested that a crew be sent back promptly to correct the issues, she was unaccommodating and rude. When that request was not fulfilled, she also refused to provide any refund for the poor-quality work. As someone who works in the service industry, I find this level of service unacceptable. I expect businesses to stand behind their work and make things right when they fall short. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them to others.

Much appreciated Knew exactly what was wrong with my furnace, (flame sensor). Showed me the part that was bad, asked if I had it replaced recently, (had it cleaned, not replaced a few years earlier). He replaced the part, performed a "tuneup", and was done in about 30 minutes. Very respectful of my time and my home. I will certainly call them to perform some annual maintenance on my AC unit this spring and will now call them every fall to have my furnace checked. The owner and one younger assistant walked through the house with us to see where stains and problem areas were located. They moved all the furniture out of the way and got to work. They pre-treated stains and made sure the area was clean while vacuuming and said to call if anything popped back up. Furniture was replaced with protective pieces placed under legs to prevent carpet from getting dirty, again. Laid down tarps to protect the hardwood floors. Very professional job.
