My family - my wife, I and our three grand-kids (13, 7 and 2 years old) came to the pool in the morning. Main entrance to family locker room was locked. One of two changing rooms was locked. But it was not the worst. When my 2 years old granddaughter under my wife supervision was playing with her small (3 inch), soft (made of rubber), floating duckling, some lifeguard came up to them. He forbade my granddaughter to play with her duckling in the pool. I've asked him: Why? He answered: Because of the pool rule - "NO TOYS IN THE POOL". I've asked him: Why? Is this toy dangerous to anyone? He rudely replayed: "Because this is the rule!" We had to take the toy from our kid. She started crying. Thus the person ruined our granddaughter's joy. I've asked him twice: What is your name? He refused to answer. Finally, I figured out his name from another person. His name is Bill. I understand that Bill hid his name because he knew that he had done something inappropriate. We used to attend the pool for more than 10 years. They also tore down the family slide over the winter. That was our favorite ride! Loved it! It was getting too old and too expensive to maintain. On the bright side. I like the tropical palm tree theming of the wave pool. They had plenty of tubes and we had a blast splashing around. The dump bucket area is still there, and the kids get a thrill counting down to the next dump of water. Today they had a zip line, and it was not extra. It was included in the price of entry. During the week it is $8 for all which is a great deal. During the weekend they offer a discount to Oakland county residents. The zip line was amazing fun, perfect for small kids through adults. The food looks and smells enticing like an amusement park. The pricing is very good. You can also bring in your own food, but no glass or alcohol. People often bring in fast food, or food to bbq. They have grills. I come here at least once a summer. I hope they will be able to build a new attraction. The slide was a great loss. They also seem to be having staffing issues. During the month of June they were only opened until 3:00. They seemed to have resolved that issue. We look forward to coming back.

He said it was because it was more work than he thought it would be, but never discussed any of these extra charges with us. He also said that we knew it would be more than $450 because it was such a large job, but again that was not true he never discussed it with us that it would be more the $450. He was rude when we called to talk to him about it and got upset with us because we never came out to talk to him while they were there cleaning the pool. We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. In September 2024, Z Plumbers installed a Navien tankless water heater in our home. What followed…read morewas 16 months of ignition failures, cold showers, and a crash course in troubleshooting a device they clearly had no business installing. The unit failed to ignite almost immediately. Their first diagnosis: not enough gas. I had just upgraded my gas meter with DTE, so that didn't sound right - but let's investigate. Their fix months later? Install a pressure regulator because too much gas was coming in. Then in September 2025, they replaced the control valve and other components. Still broken. By December 2025 they removed the very regulator they had installed earlier that year. I honestly started to wonder if they were just throwing parts at it to see what stuck. The real highlight? Every time my wife tried to shower, I had to reset the unit. It got so predictable that I eventually installed a camera and a home automation system so I could reset it remotely. After 5 visits, hours on the phone with Navian, and 5 failed attempts to resolve the issue, my tankless heater "upgrade" became an IoT project, a topic of frequent dinner discussions, and source for frequent profanity-laced screams as my wife was hit with freezing water in the shower. Don't get me wrong; they tried. It wasn't a lack of effort, rather a lack of know-how. In March 2026, a different plumber came out for an unrelated issue. I mentioned the water heater problem. His Navien specialist came out a few weeks later and -- I want to be precise here -- identified five major installation errors in under 60 seconds. Armed with this additional information, I gave Z Plumbers a final opportunity to make it right. They never responded. I paid the new plumber to fix the mess, and the unit has worked flawlessly ever since. I can run multiple faucets simultaneously with no loss of volume or temperature. It's like having a new water heater -- because effectively, we do. Bottom line: Z Plumbers may be fine for standard plumbing work, but tankless water heaters are a different animal. Based on everything I experienced, I'm convinced they do not have the training or expertise to properly install or troubleshoot these systems. Do yourself a favor and find a better installer. You'll thank yourself every morning.
