I used to be a patient of Dr. Hampton but ever since he went part time, and sold the office, this place has gone straight into the gutter. I went in for a routine cleaning and was charge over 400. I have 2 dental insurances and they messed up on the billing. I went in to the office to figure out what was going on, and spoke to the office manager, but have yet to receive a response. However, today I get another bill for 39 for a supposed no-show fee, in which my husband physically walked in to the office to cancel the appointment. We made a detour just to stop and cancel it so we knew it would be cancelled, or so we thought. I don't know where or how things can get so messed up with the billing when you go and talk to someone in person... this is ridiculous. I would highly, highly not recommend coming to this place unless you don't mind driving 30 minutes out of your way to talk to people who don't seem to listen.

My daughter was scheduled for a routine cleaning appointment, and I provided recent panoramic X-rays from another dental office. The office refused to accept them and insisted on taking additional X-rays for a $100 out-of-pocket charge. From my understanding, panoramic X-rays provide similar diagnostic information to the full-mouth series they were requesting, and another experienced dental professional was on the phone attempting to explain this to the staff. We were told by Savannah, the office manager, that this was "the provider's policy," specifically associated with Dr. Isimor Anizor. Despite efforts to professionally address the issue, Savannah was dismissive, rude, and ultimately told us to "feel free to contact the board." The issue was never about refusing necessary treatment or avoiding payment. The concern was that valid, recent X-rays had already been provided, yet the office continued pressuring us to purchase additional imaging that insurance would not cover at this time. As a result, my daughter was turned away and left without care that day. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and patient-centered care was extremely concerning.
