I was so disappointed, I never went back for my retainer that I asked for when I first started going to this fella's practice. Dr. Fraser is an awesome, knowledgeable, and professional Periodontist that is good at his craft. His Hygienist, Sabrina and Shanteekah were amazing. They were always pleasant, professional and had a smile on their faces. His Office Manager, Jennifer S, and former front desk, employee, Nancy, were horrible with a capital H! They were unprofessional, confrontational, aggressive, and nickel and dimers. They made every telephone call and office visit miserable. They made Dr. Fraser's practice seem desperate for money and I am sure that was not the case. After one of my visits, they had the gall to try and get me to sign an updated contract with a two thousand dollar increase ($2k)! When I tell you, if I was not on my toes, I would have been stuck with a higher balance. Jennifer had the nerve to demand, I pay forty-five dollars ($45) for treatment gel when it was included with my trays. She also tried to charge me four hundred and eight five dollars ($485) for a bottom mouth guard. I am not sure if the office staff received commission for up-charging, but their business practices were downright unacceptable and egregious. If my credit was not important to me, I would have stopped going to appointments after my second visit. I am big on customer service and time and time again both Nancy and Jennifer missed the mark. I am sure they costed Dr. Fraser some clients and lots of money. Although Dr. Fraser is a awesome doctor, I will not refer anyone to or patronize his establishment again. To be honest, I am so glad I am finished my treat plan. Unfortunately, the aggravation I experienced during and after every visit, was not worth the convenience of location to my home. Moving forward, I will find a new Periodontist. If I have to drive an hour and a half in the middle of Atlanta's rush-hour traffic, I will gladly take the journey with a smile on my face! I am praying things turn around in the office now that they have a new office employee, Christyle. During the two telephone calls and two follow-up visits, she appeared to be very welcoming and pleasant. This is the worst most inadequate dental office I have ever patronized. The staff there was friendly and made you feel comfortable, with the exception of the girl in the office behind the reception desk. I don't think I have ever met such a liar. Also I am going over claims at the present tome because I believe my insurance paid for services that I never Received. I know that my insurance company sent a check to this office and I had already paid out of pocket for the service. They sent the claim electronically and put "signature on file" in the electronic billing so the check went to them. I went there a couple times to retrieve my check and was told lie after lie and was unable to speak with Dr. Frazier regarding this matter. My insurance company confirmed they cashed the ck. Anyone that has been to this dental office knows that you pay for any service received up front. I was also told this about services that I received that just was not true. I don't know if the staff just didn't know or was lying also..so sad, I got a call from Aetna regarding a overpayment from a Dr. office, I contacted them we discussed the matter and when I went to pick up the check it was waiting at the front desk (it was there error) this is the difference in patronizing a black versus white establishment...so sad. This office taught me about petty greed and having a very unprofessional business office. I saw another review from me on line pertaining to this practice it had to be auto-generated for sure I did not write it, I will only write a review on yelp if I have been treated unfavorably. The service was good but I had several questions about the billing practices. I paid out of pocket for a cleaning and my insurance was billed. I never could get an accurate explanation about the reason I paid so much out of pocket and my credit amount changed twice. I enjoyed my First visit to Dr. Fraser office, I came in his office with as an Emergency Patinet. My experience was awesome the staff was excellent. Dr Fraser, was outstanding and his smile just put a sence of peace on my face Surely a Dentist that i would definitely recommend. Very down to earth and real. Again staff was awesome. This a Five Star family friendly Dentistry that has Amazed me during every visit. From the front Office staff Ms. Gina and her supervisor who sits behind her who was the one who invited me from a Men's Health fair at Piedmont hospital and all of the Dental technicians to The Dentist, Dr. Fraser. They are all incredible and will make sure your level of service is more than satisfactory. I have been attending this dentist office since 2019 and would rather give them a 10 because of their level of concern for a clients particular situation. I have watched everyone who has visited this facility, while I was waiting to be seen, and each and every person was so delighted to visit. I thought it was just me that had found a home at the Dentist Office. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and extremely helpful and once it was time to get teeth pulled, The dental technicians were even better in making me feel so comfortable and not afraid. Mind you I am very paranoid when it comes to removing teeth. Nevertheless, after the technician and her calming spirit, (I always forget her name with the Brownish Braids) she mostly has prepared me, now here comes Dr. Fraser who also gives you a great sense of calm. Needless, to say I have had 5 teeth removed, with one broken in the gums and have not ever experience any level of discomfort or pain. As a matter of fact, most of the teeth were extracted and I had no idea they were removed. Since I attended the Health fair that A Rockdale county Masonic Lodge had helped to sponsor at Piedmont Hospital, I was Eligible for a great discount that help me to afford a change to my great smile today. As a matter of fact, because of their concern and assistance, I no longer am embarrassed to smile and everyone who knows me has complimented me on my new look. This review is late but better late than never. One of my front tooth came out 3 days before my birthday which was thanksgiving week, I was desperate to get something put in so I wouldn't look terrible for my birthday. I called so many places they could not accommodate me till after thanksgiving . I called Conyers dentures and implants, they said you still have time to come in as a walk in. I hurried and got there, they said they could make me a flipper but wasn't sure if they could have it done before the holiday. When they saw my disappointment they said they would make sure it was done and it was! This entire dental staff is the most professional and competent I have ever experienced! Dr Fraser is the epitome of a Great Dentist - He is extremely knowledgeable, good natured and gentle. I saw another yelp review from Gertrude W on this Yelp page and can only imagine she reviewed the wrong Dental office (she is from CA not GA so seems likely - along with the fact that the things she said could never, ever have been experienced at this Dental office!) Reasons I give this office 5 stars: Professional, courteous and friendly.. rarely have had to wait more than 5 minutes for scheduled appt, they personally follow up with you after major appt's and send reminders for every appt you have scheduled. I was in need of a dentist for a dental emergency and had called several other dentist before finding and reading the review on Conyers Denture & Implant Center. From the moment Jennifer picked up the phone, I felt a sense of relief. I was able to be seen the next day and the ENTIRE staff was out of this world amazing. I take reviews very seriously and I could not wait to write one for this dental office. I am currently sitting in the office right now, but did not want to forget to write this review. They took me as a walk-in, but I could not tell that I did not have an appointment, because I was seen immediately. The immediate energy of the office and all the staff was welcoming and very pleasant! I have a severe phobia of the dentist and everyone made me extremely comfortable. I've never laughed so much at a dentist...that's a good thing! Everything was explained to me...from my treatment needed, insurance coverage and payment options...everything was just so professional, warm and friendly. I definitely have found a dental home. OMG!!! The best experience in a dental office by far!!! I was on the hunt for a local dental office and was referred by a co worker to a dental office in Covington, GA. I called and they had no openings for new patience for months. So I was back to square one. I google local offices and Conyers Denture & Implant Center was my 1st choice. I was really contemplating calling because of the name since all my son & I needed was a cleaning. From the phone call, to arriving, to meeting the staff, to observing the patients, to the impressiveness of the office and physicians, to checking out at the end of my visit!!! I was beyond pleased. Yaremi, Jennifer, Sabrina and Rasheda was over the top with great customer service. Dr. Blackburn was really down to earth and made you feel at home. And that's rare to say in a dental office. I can't wait to meet Dr. Fraser because I know he will make you feel just the same! Today I had a Dental emergency and was frantically searching for a dentist. I'm from Savannah Ga and my personal dental provider is there. I Googled Dental care near me and called several places that couldn't see me until tomorrow but I needed an appointment like Yesterday! I placed a call to Conyers Family Dental Center and explained my emergency to the lady on the phone. After speaking to her she told me I could come in today!! I hung up the phone and hurried over to the office. The dentistry has a very intimate and comfortable atmosphere with very modern decor. The lobby area smelled very clean and looked even cleaner. The examination room was roomy and extremely clean. The staff was very understanding, helpful and attentive to my needs. After arriving to the office I learned that they were actually closed today because the staff was training on new procedures. I was floored and felted extremely blessed that despite the fact they were close they were willing to open the doors to service me. That really means a lot to me. Dr. Frazier was very helpful and suggested I make an upcoming appointment to discuss further dental care after taking care of me today. I left feeling like family, I even thanked the Dr. For making me feel like family. I'm delighted to learn I now have a new dental family to call my own in Conyers Ga!!!! read more

Doctor Frasier and staff were personable. I had to come in a retract my original review The doctor and staff members were very compassionate after finding out the trouble I had been through after leaving the office. Dr. Frasier did explain the process of having the teeth removed and replaced by dentures. I only heard the end results and had not taken in consideration what it would take to get to the end results. I am will be looking into implants hopefully in the up coming months. He did an outstanding job and would recommend this center to family and friends. read more
