A little girl I'm guessing 7 yrs old came and asked what we wanted to drink and in a couple minutes returned with the drinks. We reviewed the menu then waited and waited. Finally as what appears to be a teenage girl who doesn't speak hardly any English was near by so I spoke up and asked for some service. A couple minutes later an older woman who has been there for years came by and took our order. I ordered the Mongolian beef dinner, white rice, egg drop soup, egg roll. My gf ordered Mongolian chicken with fried rice. Several minutes go by when the teenager brought our food. Only brought fried rice. The soup and egg roll were hot and good. The beef was warm with very little flavor. I don't like fried rice so that didn't help the flavor either. My gf's meal was just warm as well. We were underneath an a/c vent which helped turn our meals cold quickly. The main dining area seemed clean. No one ever came by to check on us. Only to bring the check.

The ambience was okay, the restaurant is a bit dated but the service was fast and easy from start to finish. The atmosphere was nice, and our hibachi chef was very friendly--while he didn't do a ton of the 'extra' showy tricks, he kept up a great conversation and made the meal enjoyable. The prices were reasonable and the food was good and they even gave my daughter a free shirt and a T-shirt for her birthday. We will definitely be back.

Edited to add: After writing this review, I decided to research to see if I was the only one that had a bad experience, and found a LOT. On Yelp, they have more one star reviews that two, three or four stars - making me think that many of the 5 star reviews are not legit. Just go to Yelp, and sort by newest first, to see that 3 of the last 5 reviews were one star - 4 of 6 if you include mine. Also, according to the AJC, this restaurant has had multiple failed health inspections in just the last five years: November 2025: Scored 59/U (Unsatisfactory). Violations included food not held at proper temperatures and cross-contamination issues. December 2021: Scored 52/U (Unsatisfactory). The restaurant failed its routine inspection after staff were observed failing to wash hands, alongside improper food storage and temperature violations. May 2021: Scored 37/U (Unsatisfactory) 37? 37?? That's not just a fail, that's a not even trying.
