These folks are professionals! My son had a fender bender in his 2002 Honda Accord and didn't want to opt for a new car payment. A friend referred us to COW. We took the car to COW to see if the car could SAFELY be repaired. They cautiously checked out the car and gave us a best case scenario. We agreed to leave the car so they could do an in-depth analysis. They provided a detailed estimate and were very clear to say if at any point, they felt the car couldn't be SAFELY repaired, they would call us and stop the work. We gave them the green light and waited. I did have a follow up question that their Operations Manager, Brittany, addressed quickly and promised a response. When I didn't hear anything for a few days, I emailed her again. She apologized as she was on vacation with her family AND STILL RESPONDING TO WORK EMAILS! Bottom line, COW did an amazing job on the car, came in under budget, and had the car ready when promised. They were so accommodating and offered to arrange for after-hours pick up if necessary. I had no idea that such car repair shops still existed. Kudos to Bob and his staff for all of their TLC during this process. I'll be referring friends your way! read more

Initially, I was sent 3 incorrect quotes. Quotes for someone else's vehicle. That should have been the flag that had me reconsidering my business with them. After an hour in which I waited for them to inspect the damage prior to working up a quote, I received a quote with a workable figure. Within 24-hours, I received yet another call that there was additional framework that was needed. My car was taken across the street to another shop that I had not had an opportunity to research and was given an additional price for work without the opportunity of obtaining multiple quotes for work. I indicated that I would like to decline the work with the other shop that I was not familiar with. They brought my car back over to their lot for repair, which added an additional 2 business days- over a weekend. As I needed my car, I picked it up for use over the weekend, returning it that Monday. I received a call that I could expect good news, that the headlamp ordered was the wrong one, and the one that was for my car was $700 less than the one they had initially ordered. I thanked them for that news, thinking that this cost savings would be applied to my quoted price for repairs. Upon the finish of my car, I was handed an invoice for nearly $1k over the quoted price. When I called the shop to inquire about this, I was told that the invoice was incorrect and that I would be receiving one that was correct. Multiple days go by, and no invoice. Finally, the new invoice arrives, and it is the same as the other one with the statement that this is correct. I was never communicated with as to what was taking place during the process leading to this type of deviation from the quoted amount. And of course, the car is already done- new part(s) in place. This type of deceitful business practice should not be allowed to continue. read more

Bob and team at COW did a great job repairing my Infiniti. The car door needed to be replaced. My car is "opalescent" white (as I found out) which requires multiple coats and dry time in between. Bob was able to obtain a white door as the new base which lessened the time needed for the repair and kept the cost down. read more

3/6/2020: As a kid I grew up a fan of cars. My dad had his own body shop repair business so I had learned a lot from watching and helping him with repairing customer's cars. He treated his customers like they all were close friends. At an early age I learned how important it is to maintain your car mechanically, but also take care of the paint by detailing the car. Today, I drive a 2014 Acura TL SH-AWD with Technology package black on black. All maintenance has and continue to be done at Acura of Columbus with the help of Jim Cruikshank, Service Expert. One day I was having my car service when I had asked Jim about my headlights getting that plastic haze discoloration. Jim said without any hesitation...take your car over to COW Auto Body Recondition. He gave me the owner Bob's business card and told me to let Bob know Jim sent me. When I left Acura of Columbus I drove straight to COW and introduced myself to Bob and Mike. These guys were so nice and very friendly. They really made me feel like I was part of their crew. In a matter of minutes they had one of the technicians work on my headlights and 15-20 minutes later he was finish and it looked Amazing!! At some point, I will need to replace my headlights but it will be another year thanks to COW. read more

They're phenomenal. I brought my car in for multiple repairs and they did a beautiful job in less time than I expected. I can't even tell any damage had been done to begin with. They worked with my insurance and had fair prices on a repair that wasn't covered by my insurance. Most importantly, they were incredible human beings. Both Bob and Mike went out of their way to make my experience great. Bob updated me every step of the way and was an overall great communicator. Mike even helped to install my kids' carseats after having to switch to and from a rental. The level of kindness and great service here is second to none.
