All I wanted was for them to either complete the repair (since I already paid for labor) or let me just pay for the part and finish it properly. Instead, they refused to fix it or refund money for work that wasn't done. I'm also concerned about the legality of issuing an inspection sticker without the vehicle fully passing, as that may violate West Virginia Code §17C-16-7.
