I also have two…read moreand a half year old carpet that I have had cleaned twice before by another cleaning company. Last time was only in October. The only thing I didn't like about the other company is that once the carpet dried there was a crustiness that I figured was residue. But dang that guy got all stains out, especially coffee and dog urine. Parker Brothers, they have no residue, but also don't get any stains out. Holy cow it's like they took a wet brush and scraped it over the floor but didn't suck anything out. I should have taken more pics because there were at least 10 stains remaining, two coffee and 8 urine, but see two pics attached taken about 24 hours after they left. Worst part is I sprayed the spots with a water/dawn mixture, let it sit, and then soaked it up with a white towel. I don't think Parker Brothers sucked out anything, or pulled it out of the carpet pad and left it in the carpet. The towel was yellowed and smell strongly of urine. I'll give them two stars because they were very friendly and the non-stained areas looked clean and nice. Exactly the same price as the other company I hired so it's not like they are a bargain.

THEN came SQUEAKY CLEAN------ From the very beginning with the phone call, I got the Louisiana welcoming family feeling. They listened to me and took notes!! When I got the recap, I just prepared my heart for the shock. It was the same price as advertised! I chose the scent and a little spot cleaner for the ink. I even added 2 classroom rugs because they needed to be freshened up. The technician let me know when he hit a little traffic and I knew that communication meant I would be happy with the results. I can't describe how comfortable I was with staying out of the way to let him work. He explained what kind of products to use moving forward and even used something special to protect the areas I'd saturated with Resolve. I cannot sing the praises of the company highly enough

My whole experience with Heaven's Best has been awesome. Getting a quote, setting up an appointment, asking questions. They were always easy to get ahold of and very helpful. Today Brad took a few minutes to ask me about the floors/carpets and give me advice on future care before getting to work and transforming our floors in just a few hours. He came to the door and was smiling and polite, he came in and was very professional. He reviewed the carpet cleaning process thoroughly, and let us know that the carpet needed to dry overnight before moving the furniture back. He used protectors to protect all our furniture during the process. Our carpet was very dirty and stained especially in the heavy traffic areas. Once Mr. Lewis was done, all the stains were gone and the heavy traffic areas were gone. Leaving the carpet looking good as new!! And the carpet was not that wet when completed!! Mr. Lewis texted the day before and called the day of, to let us know he was in route. He arrived on time. The price he gave over the phone was the exact price charged after he completed the job.
