Cannot recommend this company highly enough! They use non-toxic, water-based cleaning solution for the rugs and flooring. The owner actually cleaned our home today along with his nephew who has worked for him for over 15 years! A homeowner can feel confident not only on the commitment of clean but also security. We live with four animals: 3 cats, 1 dog, and our carpets are terrorized on a daily basis by all the pets. After calling several other carpet cleaning services, I was disappointed to find that most of them wanted to sell me something I didn't need and/or were so unfamiliar without their own products and services that I was asking if they offered things such as pre-treating, vacuuming, etc. When I called the Parker Brothers I spoke to Brad (who was also one of the brothers that did the work) and he worked with me to figure out what was needed. Nothing was up-sold, he didn't say he needed to "see the areas" before he could give me an estimate - I told him what I had and he gave me a quote right then and there. They showed up, were very professional and got straight to work. They vacuumed (even getting the baseboards), pre-treated, sanitized - everything that was promised. A concern of mine was the cleaning of a vintage crushed velvet chair. Brad made the chair look like new. Since he already had the cleaning solution mixed, he also offered to freshen up another chair made of similar material. Another problem area was cat urine in a bedroom closet. I was told by another company that I needed to replace the entire section of carpet and padding or it would the smell would never be eliminated. The bio agent used removed the smell completely. My house has gone from smelling like a farm to a clean home again! read more

This review is WAY overdue..... Any time I need to have my carpets cleaned, I will absolutely call Parker Brothers! Moving out of our rental, we had to have some carpets cleaned for new tenants. Parker Brothers not only gave us a great deal, but were SO incredibly flexible when I had to do some rescheduling: They came to clean my carpets at 6:30AM on Saturday morning of 4th of July weekend!!!! These guys are fantastic. Extremely friendly, punctual (showed up 30 min early!), and honest - they won't try to upsell you or pressure you into anything. They take good care of you and even go the extra mile - vacuuming up cobwebs, putting extra treatment on pet stain areas without even being asked, and they moved a bunch of my stuff to get more of the house even though I told them they didn't need to move any furniture. They say "you get what you pay for" and this holds true. Any carpet cleaning needs I have in the future, I will go to these guys. Lastly, did I mention they are friendly? By far the best customer service and carpet cleaning company I have used. Due to a family emergency, I had relatives coming in town to stay at the last minute. I left a message with Parker Brothers after reading reviews and told them my urgent need. They respond at 9:30pm that night and again at 7:10am the next day to schedule and left the kindest message wanting to help get my house in order before family arrives. My carpets look brand new and smell so fresh. All pet stains and spills are gone. The workers were friendly and courteous. Plus the price was fantastic. This company is too expensive. They were going to wash 2 rooms for $140 however I told them its the whole house not just 2 rooms and they charged me $350 for the the house. I offered them $300 but they refused and left. The next day Carpet Masters came and shampooed entire house for $215. So if you're going to spend $350 in medium sized house, that's too costly. read more

I wish the tenants before we moved in would've hired these guys. We had to have the carpets in the house we were renting cleaned upon moving out. These guys are awesome! The carpets looked better than they did before we moved in! Nasty, old stains that were left from previous tenants were gone! The only thing that sucked was the fact we had to live with them for almost two years and yet these guys got them out in 20min! Do not go with those big name carpet cleaners that have offices all over the US and hire just any person who can lug around 50lbs or more. Fantastic! I needed a last minute carpet clean for our new house and even though they were booked solid they found a way and made a way and got the job done. They sent extra guys and showed up at 6:50 AM, 10 minutes early by the way. They were very professional and explained the process and what they were doing every step of the way. There was even a miscommunication on the number of rooms needed to be cleaned, but they honored their original estimate and did the extra room at no additional charge. My real estate agent recommend the Parker Brothers for a home I just bought. From my first call to Doug, until they left my house this morning, everything was great! They even told me how I should spot treat the carpet, and Doug pointed out an area in the laundry room that I should check the integrity of the floor (my inspector missed it because it was beneath the washing machine pan). Not Parker, they came in with an efficient process, vacuumed everything, moved what they could and were done in an hour.
