A few key points to note: excellent communication (polite, professional & considerate, giving ETA notice); very thorough in both explaining the steam cleaning process & guidelines for the drying process & safety (reminding that if you step on the carpet when it's wet, be mindful stepping on wood/tile floors after because it can be slippery); treating my home with care & respect by protecting wood floors, corners & railings with proper equipment before bringing the steam cleaning hose & equipment inside(see photos). Last week I used the hoover power scrub elite carpet cleaner that I received for Christmas and even without spot remover pre treatment I was able to get the dingy carpet stains out. Not sure why there are so many 5 stars here. We recently moved to the area and was recommended this company. The office and Bruchard were very friendly in scheduling the appointment. Bruchard came on time but left the job without even starting. We had painters in the house but they were downstairs in the hardwood area and didn't impact the work from being done since all the carpet area were upstairs. Bruchard came in surveyed the area, asked to have the painter move his truck and i was slow in getting that done (10-15 mins).
