The server was a teenage boy who wasn't very attentive and it took one of the locals to get his attention to pay attention to our table. We ordered right away and settled in with talk with the locals as we've grown up coming down to the area for floats among other things. The food was your basic food, it was nice and hot and filled you up. If you want refills, keep on the teenage boy because it took him time to get to us to check up on us too - and there was only one other table of 4 there. I will certainly be back when in the area.

This particular one was New York to LA and stopped in his old high school town to try some local BBQ. We were not disappointed. Brothers BBQ is out of a small building with outdoor seating only. The brisket was juicy and thick cut, the sauce serving was generous and paired nicely with the char on the fat layer. My husband's hot link sandwich was delicious, the meat was sumptuous and flavorful. Finally the sides were surprisingly just as good if not even better than the BBQ! The collard greens were made perfectly, so hard to find a place that does it right and coaxes out such delicious flavors. The beans were by far the star though, I've never had better at any establishment in the country. There's some sort of ground meat and a little bit of spicy BBQ flavor that make these so irresistible. If you're in the area or even just passing through like we were don't wait to give this place a try. 10/10 would come back again.
