Restaurant was pretty cool. Nice ambiance. Outside of that couldn't be more disappointed with the food quality. Had the beef sandwich. It was more than half fat and gristle. Was so hyped to eat here and it ain't cheep. $30 for two meals. I threw half of mine out. read more

If I could write a one word review for my experience, the word would be amazing. Stopped by, with coworkers, en route to TN. Convenient location in Mountain View off the interstate. Building is super cute as is the interior. I am not even a Bar-B-Que person, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. The food is out of this world. Staff knew we were from out of town and were patient with us. Service was stellar. Highly recommend if you are driving through or local to the area. read more

We've come here a few times since moving to Mountain View and one of my favorite things about this place is the consistency of their food. I've got the brisket nachos & then just ordered brisket a few times to take home. The quality is always the same, which is important to me because there's nothing worse than a place being hit and miss. The employees are always really friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean and neat. It's definitely a place to check out. read more

The food is decent. Nothing spectacular. Just BBQ. But they close on weird inconvenient days, they close at 7pm which is prime time for dinner. They also run out of their best meats way too early. I've been to some good BBQ places that never run out of their meat selections because they actually plan ahead. They also are open 7 days a week and at least open until 9-10pm. I know a lot of people out here don't have lives and there is nothing to do, ever. But that's more reason to leave certain businesses open. Become that spot that is still cookin when every is observing Jesus day for some dumb reason. Not everyone is an early bird eater!!! The whole area is declining and Mountain View will be a dead town in less then 15 years if they can't be more diverse. Too many whites and too many confederate flags for this place to make sense. read more

Delicious and very worth a stop. Really, genuinely impressed. Coleslaw was unique and pulled pork was so juicy.

SO DELICIOUS! 12/9/21: I ordered the $10 pulled pork nachos and it was HUGE and delicious! There was A LOT of pulled pork in it. My hubby ordered 3 meats with 2 sides: pork ribs, brisket, pulled pork and macaroni & cheese, and baked beans. Both orders were so big! Come super hungry or there is plenty to take leftovers home for another meal. We live in town and are definitely going back, again. SO TASTY! For travelers, I recommend if you're passing through, it's definitely worth it to take the extra couple of minutes to go here to eat. read more

I've never had a small meal here. Anyone that says otherwise needs to go talk to the owners. The restaurant is super clean which is a huge plus in this town. It's decorated well. The meat is always cooked perfectly. The people are always friendly and nice. I wish they would offer a pico de gallo without jalapeños but the taste was still good. This is one of three restaurants that I will eat at in Mountain View and definitely the best restaurant in town overall. read more

Food: idk where you can get a more hearty brisket sandwich for $10 anymore. Look, I'm not exactly a robust eater, I have a limit of about ten bites of anything at any given sitting, but even hubs had leftovers. The brisket sandwich .... Sorry... salivating at the mere thought of.... So tender and juicy that I forgot to sample any of their in house bbq sauces, which is usually where I live. You get a side with your sandwich, I picked bbq beans and humbly admit: they were better than my own! The dessert... from my first bite sample of my husbands banana pudding I knew immediate this place does not mess around with quality. This was not box mix pudding. It was scratch all day and absolutely divine. Service: next level friendly. We were greeted with a warm "hello", encouraged by staff at our selections and were even politely upsold the two desserts [soooo glad we were susceptible on that pitch]. Ambiance: felt as though we had stepped back in time, but were still very much in 2024. This seems like a place we'd frequent with out of town friends/family. I could totally see us hanging there for a game of ring toss, or putting our son up to doing their rib eating challenge. Bottom line: apparently a gal from Texas has to get out to Missouri for good Texas BBQ. Well done! read more

I am visiting the area for work and found This BBQ place. the decor is nice and gives a real BBQ feel. Chose the turkey sandwhich and Cajun Slaw and was not disappointed. great flavor and thw slaw had a unique flavor. Choice of sauces were delicious l! Fair price for delicious BBQ, will definitely eat here again the nice time we are here. All staff were super friendly as well! read more

Stopped by for lunch. The meat is delicious and not dry, sauces are super good and the sides, too! All around great place with great food!

Small portions for to much cost. The beans are horrendous and the max and cheese makes you almost vomit. The buns used for sandwiches are small and rubbery. The meats were good but the sauces are below average. Very low grade over all. read more

Driving from Missouri to Tennessee and we just had to stop and get something to eat, we were in the mood for bbq and saw this was the closest stop. But it sure did not disappoint.
