She also showed that same positive attitude and mannerism with the customers ahead of me as well. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, but was handed a regular mocha instead. When I politely said I had ordered a white chocolate mocha, the employee immediately responded with attitude. I handed the drink back and said I didn't want that one, and she asked--again with attitude--if I wanted it remade. When I said yes, she rudely told me that "next time you need to say white chocolate mocha." I responded that I believed I had, and she insisted I didn't. There was no reason for the hostility over a simple drink correction. Customer mistakes happen, employee mistakes happen--but basic kindness and professionalism should still be expected. The food may be good, but the repeated poor treatment from staff makes the experience unpleasant. Management seriously needs to address customer service training or reconsider staffing, because friendly service goes a long way.

Other than the biscuits (which were delicious), everything tasted like it came out of a box or a can. The gravy was watery and flavorless, which was a shame because it didn't really stick to the biscuits. The potatoes and hash browns had zero crispiness to them. The eggs were chewy, so much so that you had to use a knife to cut through them. But the saddest, most disappointing part of the meal was the waffle. It was so soft that even a knife wouldn't fully cut through it. I ended up using my hands to pull it apart. The "maple" syrup is some no-name brand made with corn syrup which made the waffle inedible. Our meal was nearly $60 with a tip and drinks. We could have saved $40 by going to the grocery store and making breakfast ourselves. I hate to give a local business a bad review, but I wanted to give an honest take on our experience.
