Cords under rugs, etc. Way way too expensive for what you get. I heard a couple guys in the back of the store talking when I dropped by and looked around a bit. Neither could be bothered to get off their rear ends to greet a customer, so I couldn't be bothered to walk to the very back of a warehouse type store to beg them to attend to a potential customer. I left. Nobody even hollered "bye!" One of your competitors had a lucrative weekend :)

They helpfully post updated plant stock on Facebook, which helped in my thinking through my purchase before I even arrived. I was able to talk to staff and get some good input on my plans. It's not a huge shop but the selection is incredible. It's not often I'd drive 1.5 hr round trip, but I will again to shop at Rooted In.

My first impression was Norma is passionate and knows her stuff. I didn't feel like she just wanted to make a sale. Norma and her husband spend two whole days with us after coming to our house and measuring everything to make sure we get what we want. We finally got all of our house furnished with their help! It feels magical! My family loves the outcome. Even my 5 years old can't stop talking about how beautiful our house is! We were a bit pressed for time, so we didn't get to really look at everything, other than to take a quick look through the warehouse. The warehouse is a real sensory overload. They also have yard sculpture pieces outside that I did not look at. They have good prices on some really good looking cabinets, as well as doors of all kinds. We have a older house, and so will be slowly renovating. DHW will be our first priority of places to come to for that vintage look, as well as the current stuff. Maria was very nice to show me around, and we were stunned at how much stuff they have.
