My internet and tv service always worked well. Customer service is terrible. I modified the service in order to lower my bill and was charged $375 for not returning equipment that I never had-they did my initial installation. After multiple calls I finally was told that my account was annotated and it would be corrected. It was not. A tech came out to change out a small box and also annotated the equipment that I had and that I never had anything else. Still, they didn't remove the $375. So they suspended my services for not paying the $375, that is already notated that I don't owe since I am using all of the equipment. I am going to turn in everything this week in person. I'll try TMobile tonight and use a streaming service. I give up. I am not paying $375 I don't owe. read more

Their customer service center is outsourced to India now. So you speak to people that can't understand. When a tech does come they don't fix anything. Every one says something different. read more

I wasn't expecting much when I pulled up into the parking lot and saw the cars. When I walked in, a couple of patrons were blocking the door rudely and didn't bother to move. You can't change manners though. I checked in on a fairly calm Thursday around lunchtime. I signed into the kiosk. It was confusing when some ppl were hearing numbers from a ticket while others were hearing names. There wasn't a service person to help, so customers were left to help each other. As I was waiting, I observed a man trying to cancel his service. He was very disrespected and treated very rudely by the girl he was dealing with. Honestly, as an observing client, I wondered if I should even continue to be a client if this is how people who were leaving are treated. Thankfully, I got a young person that was super friendly and relating. All i needed was to swap out my old equipment with new. The agent was very sweet and friendly, and he made the experience easy and comical with my old equipment. If i need to go back for services, I will return to this store and request the same person to assist me. I know that these stores try to evenly spread the wealth of service, but I won't risk it with this next interaction. read more

This place is always crowded! I have had to go in several times to exchange equipment. The line is long and the last time the wait was over an hour! And all I need to do was return equipment we no longer needed. There needs to be a better and faster way to return items. read more

SUCKS, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, I checked to turn in my equipment. I gave the boxes to the tech and was asked to have a set while second person was going to help. Second person/Ashley has my card with number on it...I am sitting! Ashley takes next customer in line, uhmmm...Ashley takes third person behind me! WTF why am I being over looked?! When I asked why are you taking three people ahead of me when I have already checked in. The response was I needed a card with a number, the same card I gave 15 minutes earlier. They look at me like my attitude is messing with there day and continue to be blatantly rude. Avoid this store at all cost!!!! read more

Saw all the negative reviews so went in today to swap out our equipment expecting to wait and possibly have a bad experience but we were in and out within 5 minutes. Staff was polite, knowledgeable and fast. Best experience we've had with Cox. read more

I had already cancelled service, and when I went inside to simply drop off the box of equipment, they told me I had to wait in line behind 20 other people. What for??? I already spent a significant chunk of time cancelling service over the phone, why hold me up further? So not convenient! read more

I was looking for a Cox store to return my modem and I was fortunately enough to yelp this newly opened store. It was clean and new as expected. While walking to he door, someone came out to greet me and open the door for me as if it was some kind of high end hotel. I grabbed a number and waited for about 10 minutes. My service representative was named Quinn and he was amazing. He was really friendly and the entire process took about 5 minutes. I don't really like Cox since their service is terrible over the telephone but this shop knows how to provide great service! read more

I would only like to comment on Customer Service at this store. It is the pits. The person that I was speaking with would not endear herself in any way to get a customers account closed and equipment returned. I guess she felt it was not her job. I was always under the impression that if your in Customer Service you were there to help a customer to the best of your knowledge. Cox really needs to improve on who they hire for these jobs. I have had this internet/television provider for over 3 years and am continually disappointed in their options and customer services. A 1500 sq. ft. home and we STILL can't seem to make my internet work...(3 years and many home visits later). Their customer service is practically nonexistent and I wouldn't recommend this provider to a rodent! Looking into Sling TV and other options. I hope this review at least reaches one person before they sign and changes their mind! read more
