I have had Verizon for 17+ years. In Chicago area and now Phoenix AZ area. Moved here in 2015. Cell phone and 5G Home Gateway. About 1 year ago the service became absolutely horrible. Dropped phone calls, missed or seriously delayed texts. Hours and hours and hours on the phone with all levels of tech support. Absolutely no help. Thought getting a new iPhone and iPad would help. Not so at all. More hours and hours and hours with tech support. I suspect it has something to do with the area I'm in, which is NOT in the boonies but suburban, in the 5th largest city in the US. Regardless, run don't walk away from Verizon here. I'm stuck now as I got that new iPhone and iPad on them, fool that I was. How incredibly sad for all of us. read more

Danielle is awesome!!! Went to this location last week to transfer a work Phone my employer released and also switch my family from T-Mobile to version. I stopped in there and spoke with Danielle, she was very friendly and helpful, she walked me through what we needed from TMobile to make the switch. A few davs later we went back at a scheduled time to meet with Danielle, she switched me and my family over to Verizon and set up two new phones (traded in two old). She is definitely an expert at the whole process, so efficient!!! I didn't really meet any of the other people that work in the store, but they all seemed very professional. After purchasing a new phone on Bell Road and receiving no setup help I found the store in Sun City. Went in and asked a couple of questions about use. Walked in there just to ask a question on whether I was eligible for an upgrade and we waited in the store for 20 minutes with not one word said to us. There were only two employees sitting down with two customers and never even acknowledged us standing there. Two guys with glasses that didn't even bother to make eye contact with us or even say "I'll be right with you" or "give me 10 minutes". Very disappointing since they weren't busy and seem nice. It's just common courtesy and so we left to go truly the arrowhead location. Would not recommend. read more

Do not sign up for Verizon Business Internet. My $99/Mo plan ended up costing me $323.80, $408.51, $417.35 and $546.38 before I cancelled it. Tried to return the router which they nailed me for $399.00 and they would not refund due to contract terms of no refunds after 30 days. Their customer service is the worst ever. Got complaint up to executive level and their ears are missing. read more

Went in a few months back, 91st Avenue & Peoria, Glendale AZ. The sales associate did a great job selling me. Our bill was $98.00 per month. He got us upgraded phones, said FREE trade in so no phone charge, Sold us insurance we didn't want, upgraded plan to include the verizon cloud we don't need and erased all of my husband's lifelong contacts. He said our bill would go up about $25 per month. Our monthly bill is now $191 per month. He never explained the cloud addition and it includes something called the Verizon Mobile Project, what the heck is that? My service has declined and I lose service frequently. Not a customer friendly company! read more

She was very consoling and told me "if they don't approve this claim request, that we will find a resolution for you." She filed the claim. She told me she would get back to me within 7-10 days. TODAY, the eleventh day, she called to tell me my claim had been denied. She was "cold" and "uncaring." She offered no other solution, it was if she didn't even remember talking to me 11 days ago. She said nothing else could be done, so I told her if I'd known this before purchasing I would have gone to another company to purchase the phones. I asked if I could return the phones. She told me a claim would need to be filed to request it since it's been longer than 14 days. So now I have to wait another 5-7 days to see if I can return the phones for a refund and go to another company. I HAVE BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR NEARLY TEN YEAR!!! I don't like being treated as though all of this is my fault. The salesman COLE MOORE is the one that sold me the phones and promised me the deal. Now VERIZON is going back on THEIR WORD! It's brand new and it has helped my dad get him a new phone and all those things. It also will give you a little info on things and stuff to help you with your bill and things like that. But I'm 27, and understand phones somewhat. And the 22 year old kids who run this place and who really understand it like the back of their hand act like like little sarcastic jerks to the older crowd of the area who may not understand it. It's rude and those kids are forgetting that those older folks who need help are giving them a job, and they're also forgetting that if this location where to be shut down they would be unemployed. read more

First, they charge $35 to transfer phone data when you get a new phone. Then, dumb me, called to ask a question & spoke to some cocky jerk. Didn't get his name. Then, my husband said that there was one guy there who put on his screen saver & did it perfectly. Super nice. So, he called & spoke with Patrick who was super & said that they could apply any screen saver & do a good job & it would be for $0.00. to see So, hubby took my phone & some guy named "John" made an attempt to apply my screen protector. Don't let this guy touch your screen protector if you want one applied. He didn't remove the oil from hands touching it so it isn't sticking along the edges. He didn't use a burnished as he applied it, so, when I received my phone, it had over 80 bubbles. Took me over 2 hrs to burnish them out, but, the entire perimeter of the screen saver isn't sticking die to hand oil. The guys at the shopping malls did better. Even my 5 yr old grandchild could have done better. I'm sure Patrick would have done a fantastic job. Avoid John when it comes to applying a screen protector. read more

Cole Moore was awesome! At the end of a long work day on a Monday I wanted to upgrade both phones and put my bf on my plan to get the 12 pro max. Also didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on the needed accessories ie case screen protector warranty... but Cole helped out so we could protect our phones and made it work within our budget so that we did not have to wait any longer than necessary to get rolling on our phones plus keep them protected when walking out the door. My bf got to keep his phone number from a different carrier which was not much work to change over. Friendly dude, immediately apologized when we came in that we may wait a bit. But helped us sooner than expected on their understaffed and unexpectedly busy evening. Overall spent almost two hours there but with that, great convo and glad we could have such a friendly dude taking care of us and not treating us like another number and hard sale. I was running off of 30 mins of sleep in 40+ hours and he managed to keep me laughing and grateful for such a kind help to get going on new phones. The customer service was HORRIBLE I was told by the representative he couldn't help me and to go to another Verizon store or Apple store. When I asked him if another representative could help me with this problem He replied NO and walked away. Him and the others in the store would politely tell new customers that someone would help them as soon as they could. They didn't ignore them. The store looked great.
