One thing Nathan kahle told me was nothing is for certain in the car business. This was told to me after my car had been sitting in their service bay for 5 days without being looked at. I was still waiting on the diagnostic. And it was going to be longer if they had to order parts. The funny thing is I had only talked to Nathan once and it was the Saturday before my car was towed into their shop. He seemed very helpful on the phone until the car was actually brought in on that Monday. I had called and left several messages but he never called me back from that point on. I had even called once and waited on hold to be transferred to his voicemail. I work a regular job like most people so I was unable to go into the shop especially since I didn't have a mode of transportation. So I asked my father to check in with him since I was unable at the time. Nathan did not fail to give my father the same treatment being just as aloof as he was with me without giving us a timeframe of when the car would be worked on. It wasn't until day 4 of my car sitting there collecting dust that he decided to tell my father that they were understaffed and were still unable to look at my car to tell me what was wrong with it. Waiting four days to tell a paying customer you are under staffed is poor customer service. At this point it was turning into a week without a vehicle and still didn't know what to do since I was waiting on coyle to tell us what was going on. Again Nathan still didn't contact me even though my name is on the financing for the vehicle. I finally got a hold of him on day 5 and it was by accident. I had called to speak with the service manager Bob Hunt when Nathan picked up the phone. It was my chance to finally ask him about a time frame and ask him why he wasn't returning my calls. Nathan told me that the reason he wasn't returning my calls is my father asked him to only deal with him moving forward and he was only honoring his wishes. First off again if he didn't realize this the car is under my name. My father was only contacting them since I was unable to at the time. But it wasn't my father's vehicle trying to be serviced. And again like clockwork he told me that he couldn't give me a timeframe. There were currently 5-6 people working in the service department and apparently every vehicle being worked on needed engine replacements including four trucks on the rack waiting to be worked on. And there was currently 1 vehicle ahead of mine to have diagnostic run on it. And that vehicle that was in front of mine was sitting in the service bay since 2-22. How this is acceptable is beyond me. I understand being short staffed but avoiding your customers on when their vehicle is going to be serviced only makes an issue worse. I wasn't demanding my car be worked on immediately I was asking for a time frame which didn't seem like a lot to me. So needless to say we towed my car to Montgomery Chevrolet on Preston highway on Saturday and Morgan told us it would be Monday or Tuesday before my car would have a diagnostic run on it. She has been keeping in touch with us since we made the first call into their service department. It's amazing what an efficiently ran company can do for you since there was my time frame. Even though I was told by Nathan Kahle that that there was nothing certain in the car industry. Well I guess he was wrong since Morgan is fairly certain that this issue can be looked at fairly quickly. Buying a car at coyle Chevy was the easiest part and J.P. Hermann was a great sales person. He even tried to help me with what he could when the service department was dropping the ball. I would never ever recommend getting your car serviced at coyle Chevy in Clarksville Indiana.

That feeling you get when your about to own that "New Car Smell!"

Let's truly set the record straight sir. Let's start with why wasn't Richard fired for talking to a…read morecustomer like that? I had to bring the jeep back to your establishment 4 times for the SAME leaking cooling system. Finally had to take it to Bails Jeep Chrysler in Jeffersonville where it did need to have the radiator replaced, which amazingly fixed the coolant leak that you "bent over backwards", just to keep lying to me and drop the ball FOUR times. For the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I can get a copy of the repair from them to substantiate this as proof of my claim if you're in any doubt. Was screwing me around or screwing me over to make the sale on an OBVIOUS LEMON really worth all the BS everyone involved had to go through? Even my wife was mad because she had to pick me up and drop me off TEN TIMES from a crappy mechanic that couldn't find a simple coolant leak at the radiator! I had to borrow a pressure tester to find the leak myself show you how to do your job. Also, no matter what I said or how I said it, because yes, I was mad. Regardless, Richard, (haha, fitting name) was completely wrong and out of line for physically charging at me, threatening to kick my ass, like he intended to rip my head off while screaming in my face. Classy customer service, considering I never threatened him or anyone else. Did he ever attend any anger management classes? I hope he gets the help he needs. Seemed like a nice guy, when he wasn't being a Richard. Bottom line, that was a horrible way to treat anyone and you'll never get another dime from me for another sale! Wish we'd have never walked through your door and never will again! Can't believe you're still in business!!!

Horrible Customer Service. I purchased a 2020 Tahoe from this dealership that they listed online in…read morethe beginning of March. The price was reasonable and it was what i was looking for so I drove there for a test drive. I was preapproved for financing before I went in so I knew what I should "approximately" be paying for the vehicle. After I approved everything I went in to finalize the paperwork and I rejected all of their addons except the GAP coverage so I was extremely shocked when I received my loan documents and there was an additional $4,388 dollars added to my loan. They charged me $1,195.00 for a Dashcam, $899.00 for the "Wyler certified pulse, $1,299.00 for the appearance package and $995.00 for their all season propack. none of which I agreed to be added. For clarification There is no dashcam, there is no Wyler Pulse, they didn't do the ceramic coat, and they didn't even detail the interior of the truck. I called 7 or 8 times trying to actually speak to a manager and when I did they apologized, and said they would immediately fix it and send a refund of the $4,388 to my finance company. My finance company also spoke with them and they stated to them that they would be mailing a check to them. After almost a month my finance company finally received a payment, but it was only for $2,343.30 so once again I had to try reach out to them to find out where the other $2,000 was at and when it would be sent to my finance company. I have spent the last 2 months waiting for a GSM to contact me back and every time I call they are either with a customer or off that day and will return my call right away, but never do. Very shameful business practice on what should be a very trustworthy dealership...

Purchasing a vehicle at Jeff Wyler Clarksville has been a horrible experience. Please save your…read moremoney and go anywhere else. Our salesman sold us a pre owned Toyota 4 Runner. We live in Louisville, so any vehicle would need to pass an inspection to bring it across state lines. I have purchased a car in Indiana before, and was familiar with the process. Weeks went by after purchasing the car, and we heard nothing from Jeff Wyler. Our temporary tags expired in the month it took to get assistance. My husband was finally able to take the car for an inspection and it failed. The sheriff was shocked that Jeff Wyler sold us this car without making sure it would pass an inspection. Not only that, we were only given one key to the car. A $30k SUV, and we received one key. We also noticed a few days after purchasing the car, that it has a lock on the hitch...and we also had no key to unlock it. So once again, we had to drive back to Jeff Wyler and have them cut the lock off. The sales department was so unprofessional. Having to go back to the dealership FOUR times after purchasing a car is ridiculous. Our "maintenance required" light has also been on since about a week after purchase. I went back today, because the manager offered to help us get our car ready to pass the inspection. He told me he would fill our gas tank and do the service for free. He never filled our gas tank, and I sat in the lobby for an hour and half. Please do not purchase any vehicles from Jeff Wyler. This process has been a nightmare.

I told them they were not offering me enough for the car. They persisted and said they would raise the offer if I brought it in to review in person etc. I made the appt and arrived. They made me wait, looked at the car, wrote a paper up etc. The manager made me wait. Eventually he reviewed the car. Came back and told the sales person to let me know, they don't buy electric cars. He didn't care enough to tell me directly or to apologize for wasting my time etc. It was very clear in my listing that my car is all electric. I would never deal with this dealership again! They wasted hours of my time and couldn't have cared less.
