I was going to the last parole for 15 years and I've been searching for one that listens to what I want for my hair unfortunately the last appointment I had the girl only had a few years experience and didn't exceed my expectations so I chose to go with somebody that has more experience and would understand my hair needs to what I wanted as soon as I walked in I was greeted right away and was asked. How do you want your hair and I explained that I wanted highlights with a haircut with layers and she did an amazing job on my hair. She definitely succeeded my expectations. I left with my hair exactly how I wanted. Finally somebody understands my hearing aid and of course she tells me that she's moving to Arizona in January. I'm like I just found you and you're leaving but she did a great job. The prices were great and I even booked my next appointment. Very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. I was really happy with the services I received today. If you guys are on the hunt for a new stylist, I strongly recommend contacting her. She did a great job of my hair. I'm so happy with how everything turned out everything looks and feels great. I'm coming back to her again in September and I'm gonna try to catch her again before she leaves to move out of state, thank you so much for my hair. I love it. It feels lighter and looks amazing. Would love to do a poll: if you receive an email on 1/14/26 about an encouragement to sign up for a Blo Membership with a specified $80 a month & it comes from the Blo Rocklin location, and because of this email, you cancelled your existing Blo membership and re-enroll, is it the owner's responsibility to rectify the situation? No disclaimer. No asterisks. When you are given the owner's number, she stops responding as soon as you put any kind of pressure on her to hear you out and open up the room for a conversation (especially after originally leaving a 5 star review and being a Blo member). She refuses to give out an email, and just mentions that she set up a drip campaign 4 years ago and she has no idea where this came from (this came from her location's inbox). I believe that mistakes happen, but attitude and lack of effort to rectify is not a good look for the owner. Bringing this to the attention of others: there are other Blo salons that have $80 a month, even if membership is now $95, if you booked or cancelled under a pretense that came from the official location's messaging, you have a case to stand on. Bring this to the attention of corporate just like I will be doing.

We loved their work so much that we booked them for both our engagement shoot and our wedding day!* Jess and Lindsey listened carefully to our needs and concerns, and then executed everything flawlessly. Jess, in particular, worked wonders on my skin, which was struggling with a breakout and dryness both times. By the time she was done, my complexion looked smooth, radiant, and natural--I felt like the best version of myself without feeling overdone. Lindsey was equally thoughtful with my wife's hair. She took special care to achieve the perfect look, even bringing her own personal curling iron (that had belonged to her mother!) to create the ideal curl size for my wife's short hair. She can also walk you to your appointment! In case you're a bit early for your appointment, there's a great area with chairs, a TV and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine! Water is offered too. I wanna mention that I paid nearly $400 for a color service and returned for a second appointment in good faith to allow the stylist an opportunity to correct the result. Unfortunately, after two visits, my hair remained the same color as when I started, except now with noticeable bleach damage. While the stylist was willing to attempt to fix my hair, it became very clear that policy was prioritized over client satisfaction and outcome. There was no acknowledgment that the desired result was not achieved, and no flexibility offered despite the fact that I left with no improvement after two services. Had there been honest communication from the beginning about limitations or the possibility that my inspiration could not be achieved, I would not have moved forward. Instead, I am now faced with additional expenses to repair and correct my hair elsewhere. This review is not written out of anger, but out of transparency. I strongly encourage anyone considering booking to do thorough research, ask very detailed questions, and fully understand expectations and policies before committing, especially for major color services. I have done everything from ombre pink to silver/grey, to natural blonde and platinum blonde (I like to switch it up a lot). I have never had anyone do blonde as perfectly as she does! I have gone to VERY expensive salons in LA and SF (where I used to live) and spend $400+ for a job that Britani could do better and MUCH CHEAPER. She is friendly and fun to hang out with too!
