I recently booked an appointment. I've been on the hunt for a new stylist for a long time. It's hard to find a good stylist after yours moves out of state. I was going to the last stylist for 15 years and I've been searching for one that listens to what I want for my hair unfortunately the last appointment I had the girl only had a few years experience and didn't exceed my expectations so I chose to go with somebody that has more experience and would understand my hair needs to what I wanted as soon as I walked in I was greeted right away and was asked. How do you want your hair and I explained that I wanted highlights with a haircut with layers and she did an amazing job on my hair. She definitely succeeded my expectations. I left with my hair exactly how I wanted. Finally somebody understands my hair needs and of course she tells me that she's moving to Arizona in January. I'm like I just found you and you're leaving but she did a great job. The prices were great and I even booked my next appointment. Very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. I was really happy with the services I received today. If you guys are on the hunt for a new stylist, I strongly recommend contacting her. She did a great job of my hair. I'm so happy with how everything turned out everything looks and feels great. I'm coming back to her again in September and I'm gonna try to catch her again before she leaves to move out of state, thank you so much for my hair. I love it. It feels lighter and looks amazing. Kacey, who has the salon next to the welcome desk, heard my desperation and came out to welcome me in. She said she is doing a color now but can cut my hair while waiting for the color to develop on her other client. I'm so grateful for her accommodating me and also for the amazing haircut she crafted. I've never had a more beautiful cut, that feels so good and looks so good! I chose Kasey because of her great reviews. Her communication was great prior to my appointment, she asked all the right questions, including pictures of my hair ideas (which I had been Pinteresting for weeks) and pictures of my current hair. At this point I was very excited for my appointment, I hoped I would love my new cut and bayalage color. During my appointment, I was surprised she didn't involve me in the decision-making process. This reply was completely false. I would expect nothing less from Kassie. It was her that had the bad attitude not Kelly Kassie was the one I ended up having to block from my phone. Since this happen another person had a problem as well. Blow dry bars usually do just that so clients don't get blow outs ideally go to whoever is open at the time. I messaged Kasey on FB and got a fast response and an appointment the next day! I said I needed something with some life that could get tied back quickly for working out. I added I wanted "as much cut as was needed for health, but as little as possible for length". She started asking questions to get more specific, but when I stared blankly at her, she grinned and figured out that I knew next to nothing about style or the hair cutting lingo. She told me what she thought she could do and I happily agreed, enjoying that she did not demand I decide what to do with my own hair. I couldn't help by flip my curls (free curling!) around for the rest of the evening and actually left my hair down the next day!
