The part I love the most about this entertainer section is that you can take your drinks and food into the movie theater to enjoy as long as they were purchased within the casino! The bowling alley area is also unique, as they take your order and serve you all at your very own lane. The luxury seating in the theaters is also amazing, featuring wide comfy electronic lazy boy style seats and trays! I love the bar here! The food is fantastic! The pizza is so flavorful, especially the sauce and crust. The wings were amazing!! We got them plain and they were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. We asked for them well done as well as the pizza. The bartenders are always friendly. A year ago we were here and there was a live band. This time there was not. I am not sure if they still have live bands at the bar but I hope they do. I usually come here and go to the movies. However, I get very frustrated with the charging parking for the electric cars because there's people that will park there and not use the chargers. The security doesn't do anything about it. However, I do enjoy the movie theater. Hopefully, pointing this out right now in this review will get the security management to discuss this with their security department. I'd really appreciate that. One day while I was charging my car there was a parking spot on the end that was opened up for a charging car however, instead, a black SUV pulled into that spot, not using the charger and pulled out a set of golf clubs. They transferred the golf clubs to a white car, and when the man saw me watching them, he threw his hands in the air and started jumping around and making a scene. I'm assuming he must've been stealing them or borrowing them to go golfing, I really don't know but whatever he was doing and he wasn't supposed to be doing it. Or he wouldn't have reacted that way. There was no security and if they had been watching the charger area, they would've caught that. read more

We come to the movies quite often here. We never have issues with that and enjoy their theater. As for the food where the bowling center is, we have been here multiple times giving chances but have had nothing but terrible experiences and have heard the same from others we know. The servers who sometimes are the bartenders have always been rude and the service is always extremely slow. The first time we came the experience was great. Since then, the food quality is not the same though it looks good, as well as the service. This last time our food was incorrect and by the time it was corrected & brought out it was 30 min later and still incorrect. I am not one to complain because I know how hard working in the food industry is, but to constantly have bad service and incorrect orders it is really daunting. We will always continue going to the movies, but will be sure if wanting to eat we will go elsewhere. read more

This review is of the theater only. It is a very nice theater and offers a few luxury seating options along with many regular good seating options. The prices for movies and concessions are great. I would give this theater 5 stars except for one major failure. Movie options are very limited to maybe one PG or PG-13 rating and the rest are usually all R rated Hollywood woke garbage. And the website rarely has more than one or two upcoming movies and times available until a day or two before or until the day of. No use making any plans for the weekend or a week away because you'll be blindly driving out to this oasis in the middle of nowhere. Coyote really needs someone capable to manage their movie scheduling and add some wholesome films without the token Hollywood smut. There are still good people in this area that love good clean movies. read more

The newest addition to Tachi Palace has it all. A bowling alley, restaurant, movie theater, game room and pool room. Been to a few movies here and been happy with my experience every time. The restroom are clean and the theaters are well maintained. The food is good but if your dining at the restaurant give yourself a little more time if your catching a flick afterwards as it does take awhile sometimes. The concessions has a good variety of theater foods and even burgers and pizza and all reasonably priced. The game room is small but has some fun games for both little kids and adults alike. Never been to the bowling alley but I hear people like it and have a good time there. Overall a fun place to grab a bite to eat and catch the latest flick. If your budget allows it, just splurge for the fancy reclining seats. read more

0/0 do not recommend. Unless you're willing to wait 2 hours and then have the game shut off on you because they close at 10pm so that means you're done, everything shuts off. I came with my family of 7 and we were told it's 45-1hour wait time, so we went to the arcade and waited. Then they told us another hour before we will be seated, so we waited. Then the waitress came and rushed our order because they were closing the kitchen so we at least got our order in. The drink machine also closed at 9:30 so we could not get anything to drink during the remainder of our game. Next, we were on round 9 out of 10 and the whole game shut off. We went to speak to the manager to bring awareness to their lack of informing customers of the machines shutting off precisely at 10pm. She offered zero validation or remorse. She also said "should we stop seating at 9 then?" As if it's our job to make changes and make the experience better for the Customer who is paying for the service. Also be aware that if you want to leave a proper review please be sure to email the casino directly as they will also not tell you they are just a third party management company. Will be submitting my formal complaint asap as they did not handle my complaint professionally as both managers gave looks of dismissal, disbelief and like were stupid for even complaining because "this was the first time they've had a complaint here." read more

At first I don't know they had this place here. I would go to Visalia or Fresno for a good quality theater. I was happy to discover this place. Customer service is great and everybody is friendly. Food is very good. My theater room had leather stadium seats with big enough arm rests to support two people. Their website works great but I have gotten used to using Fandango. I could only give 4 stars because on their website you get a ticket with barcode. Normally Fandango does the same and allows it to be added to your wallet for IPhone users. But for some reason with this theater it doesn't do that, they give you a code instead which is a hassle when trying to get your ticket. This would be an issue for the Technical Department of Coyote Entertainment if they could work this out with Fandango. read more

They say "There's More In Lemoore" because of the Tachi Palace. I have to agree to that saying because without the Palace, there's really not much you can do around here. To say the Palace has come a long way is definitely an understatement. The event center was a delight. As mentioned, there's not much to do here in Kings County. For those of us who actually live in Lemoore and the Naval air station, things to do are limited. Well, the event center now changes that. As a disclosure, this review is mainly for the theater. I didn't get a chance to check out the other areas of the event center, such as the bar, restaurant, pool hall, and arcade. The movie theater is a nice upgrade compared to the Lemoore cinemas. For one, the event center has kiosks for tickets. You can also purchase tickets online and reserve seats. Yes, finally a movie theater that's modernized! (Hanford and Lemoore cinemas dont have reserved seating, Lemoore is even worse because you can only buy tickets at the location). Another huge advantage is the concession. The concession here is better than even Mayan Theaters or Edward's in Fresno. Last I checked, you couldn't buy beer or order a burger with chicken tenders in movie theaters in Lemoore, Hanford, or Fresno... but the event center has all that, plus some. The movie experience itself was good as well. The screen was huge, curved, and crystal clear. We sat in the middle, but it looks like every seat in the house is a good spot. The sound system was eargasm worthy. Seats were comfy, and armrests were adjustable so you can easily make a loveseat for those special date nights. So if you're on the fence whether to watch a movie downtown or at the Palace, come check this place out. If you're a beer lover, they now finally offer draft craft beer here. I'll definitely be coming back soon to check out the other features of this place. Stay tuned. read more

It may be a cliché, but there really is something here for all ages. The movie theater was bustling, the arcade loaded with kids, and a few guys played pool in the billiards room. I sat in the sports bar with my husband. We enjoyed good drinks and shared a pretzel appetizer, and the bread was delicious (I say that as a bread snob) and the cheese dip was surprisingly fluffy and quite good. Had a maintenance emergency at home so i called to possibly get a refund or vouchers for my movie tickets. was told i can come in to get vouchers and once i did the guy at the desk was being difficult not giving me my vouches like i was told. this made me upset because i drove 25 minutes hoping i could in some way get my money back and was just given back no help. moral of the story if you tell your customers something stick to it if you have employees in training make sure they are getting correct information (lady who talked to us on the phone wasn't at fault) . read more

We decided to have our family reunion at the Tachi Casino. While visiting the Coyote Entertainment Center we entered the first restroom to change our 2 year old's diaper and there was no changing station. Some places don't have them , which is fine. We walked to the end of the Center and cleared a path on a chair, away from any of the empty tables. We layed our son on his changing mat and was done in less that 30 seconds. We were approached by the female manager who scolded us for changing our son in their Center and that we could have gone to a restroom with a changing station, although they didn't have one. She was extremely rude and called a 'team' of four employees to sanitize the nearby area. I spoke to those employees after she left and they apologized and said her attitude was completely unnecessary and they did not need to be there to clean tables and chairs several feet away. It was a terrible experience, considering we all spent well over $20k combined over a two day period. read more

Place is very clean also. Ate at the restaurant and food was fantastic.. service could have been just a little faster but the server kept us updated on the status of our orders. I must say, however tonight we decided to dine there and they took about 20 mins to come take our drink order, another 15 mins to take our food order, yet ANOTHER 40 mins to actually make and bring us our food (2 bacon cheeseburgers & some chicken strips!) and we had to literally get up and find her to ask for drink refills to which she replied "Im Not sure if I can help you or not, I might be able to get you refills but as you can see were really busy) NOPE THEY WERE NOT.. 3 servers and maybe 9 tables so she cant handle THREE TABLES ‍ are you F'n kidding me lady! We recently saw a movie here and had dinner in the lounge. We also went to the arcade after wards. I would say that the food was pretty good. Service was a little slow. It took them quite a while to even give us our menus. But that quickly changed when a male server who I believe came back from his break. They offer 15% for military, law enforcement and i believe paramedics. That's pretty awesome to me! There were plenty of seats in the theater and we even picked our own. I come to go bowling. Been here about 3 times. I like that you can get food and drinks while you are bowling. The price to bowl is a bit high but doesnt suprise me at the same time. Service is usually great. I think 1 out of the 3 times the server was not attentive but the other times the servers were great. Food is always great. Went to their cinemas for the first time to watch Toys Story 4, and gotta say it was 12.50 per ticket which was a little more than expected but was so worth it in my opinion because its was very clean and very comfortable! Their rooms are huge! They have some pretty cool tray tables attached to each seat so you can put ur drink n food on it and just lay back n chill while your watching your movie just as u would at home, so get comfy!! The concession stand has a variety of snacks to choose from including menu to order actual food that gets delivered to you! Like whoa!!! Thats pretty awesome. Their reatrooms are pretty big and clean. I also want to mention that it has that private feel.... bc tgeres like a "border/wall" that covers sides and back of the row your sitting so even if ppl are passing by to grab more snacks or whatever your not easily distracted! So disappointing, drove out here to check out the bowling center. The game kept freezing on us a total of four times. They didn't even bother changing us lanes or maybe could have comped us a game. The servers here all stand around the bar register and chat instead of checking on the people in the bowling center. The only thing reason Im giving two stars is because the prices were good on a Tuesday and the facility was clean. I would rather pay more for a better experience. read more

First I'll start with the good! My family and I have been over to the entertainment center 3-4 times now since it opened and we absolutely love everything in the arcade, and movie theater! We haven't gone bowling yet but we are excited to try it out soon. The staff in the concession stand are SUPER friendly and on point, as are the other theatre employees. Everything in the theatre is very clean and comfortable. Now for the bad. We have eaten at the bar/grill 3 times and the first time it was great. We came back a few days later and service was SOOOO AWFUL I asked for a manger and I kid you not I waited 55 minutes to finally speak to a lady who was a manager but not the restaurant manager! She was super nice and explained she wasn't the restaurant manager but she had noticed us sitting there for a long time without being helped and compt our meal because it was so bad! We ordered loaded fries and the fries were still cold in the center, the cheese wasn't melted AND my husbands burger was still RED in the center and the bun disintegrated after bite 3. They defiantly need to step it up on their food and they need new waitresses because the waitress here are SHIT! We walked in tonight hoping to give them one more chance since the manager "SWORE THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN" and we sat there for 10 minutes and never even got a menu or talked to anyone! There were 3-4 waitresses walking around, cleaning tables and one was talking to a customer who she obviously was friends with so she didn't care about any of her other customers who were waiting to be served. I REALLY wanted to like this place but the staff is a bunch of idiots who don't know wtf they are doing. I've worked in food service 20 years and NEVER have I EVER seen such mediocre staff. If this place has ANY hope of making it they need to completely hire a new staff for the restaurant AND new new manager. read more

BOWLING Bowled for my sons birthday and had a blast. Helpful staff, almost empty due to the time we were there I'm sure. Clean, friendly service, had burgers and fries which were awesome. Waitress was very attentive and constantly filled our drinks. $4.25 per game per person plus $4 dollar shoe rental. They also have specials and packages that are reasonable. Haven't tried the bowling alley or pool tables yet, but I do know that you can be anywhere in the entertainment center and they will deliver your food to you. Except for the movie theater.
