Pulled bbq pork sandwich

We come to the movies quite often here. We never have issues with that and enjoy their theater. As for the food where the bowling center is, we have been here multiple times giving chances but have had nothing but terrible experiences and have heard the same from others we know. The servers who sometimes are the bartenders have always been rude and the service is always extremely slow. The first time we came the experience was great. Since then, the food quality is not the same though it looks good, as well as the service. This last time our food was incorrect and by the time it was corrected & brought out it was 30 min later and still incorrect. I am not one to complain because I know how hard working in the food industry is, but to constantly have bad service and incorrect orders it is really daunting. We will always continue going to the movies, but will be sure if wanting to eat we will go elsewhere.

Bowling at the Palace

We had a great experience with this place! All the staff that we encountered were very nice and professional! The theater was clean and not crowded at all. We also went bowling and our server was very nice! I was very shocked at the prices and the quality of food!! We will definitely be going back!!

Awesome place to watch a flick and get some good grub and a beer to wash it down. No longer need to drive out to Tulare to watch a movie on some comfortable seats. This place has it all. The newest addition to Tachi Palace has it all. A bowling alley, restaurant, movie theater, game room and pool room. Been to a few movies here and been happy with my experience every time. The restroom are clean and the theaters are well maintained. The food is good but if your dining at the restaurant give yourself a little more time if your catching a flick afterwards as it does take awhile sometimes. The concessions has a good variety of theater foods and even burgers and pizza and all reasonably priced. The game room is small but has some fun games for both little kids and adults alike. Never been to the bowling alley but I hear people like it and have a good time there. Overall a fun place to grab a bite to eat and catch the latest flick. If your budget allows it, just splurge for the fancy reclining seats.

This lady needs to be fired she was being rude to us and kicked me and my family out for no reason

This lady needs to be fired ASAP it was our FIRST time ever coming here , this lady doesn't even greets us or says hello she automatically says " MOVE along " ,starting being all rude to me and my family and bf she explain us the rules obviously cause we are underage and WE KNOW the rules . We were just wanting to know where the entertainment center is At Cause as I said it's our first time she never tells us she just rudely points at it , My bf cracks a joke with her and she felt the need to kick us out cause she said we were being rude with her . Overall don't come here this is how they treat new people

They say "There's More In Lemoore" because of the Tachi Palace. I have to agree to that saying because without the Palace, there's really not much you can do around here. To say the Palace has come a long way is definitely an understatement. The event center was a delight. As mentioned, there's not much to do here in Kings County. For those of us who actually live in Lemoore and the Naval air station, things to do are limited. Well, the event center now changes that. As a disclosure, this review is mainly for the theater. I didn't get a chance to check out the other areas of the event center, such as the bar, restaurant, pool hall, and arcade. The movie theater is a nice upgrade compared to the Lemoore cinemas. For one, the event center has kiosks for tickets. You can also purchase tickets online and reserve seats. Yes, finally a movie theater that's modernized! (Hanford and Lemoore cinemas dont have reserved seating, Lemoore is even worse because you can only buy tickets at the location). Another huge advantage is the concession. The concession here is better than even Mayan Theaters or Edward's in Fresno. Last I checked, you couldn't buy beer or order a burger with chicken tenders in movie theaters in Lemoore, Hanford, or Fresno... but the event center has all that, plus some. The movie experience itself was good as well. The screen was huge, curved, and crystal clear. We sat in the middle, but it looks like every seat in the house is a good spot. The sound system was eargasm worthy. Seats were comfy, and armrests were adjustable so you can easily make a loveseat for those special date nights. So if you're on the fence whether to watch a movie downtown or at the Palace, come check this place out. If you're a beer lover, they now finally offer draft craft beer here. I'll definitely be coming back soon to check out the other features of this place. Stay tuned.

Sports bar pretzel sticks

It may be a cliché, but there really is something here for all ages. The movie theater was bustling, the arcade loaded with kids, and a few guys played pool in the billiards room. I sat in the sports bar with my husband. We enjoyed good drinks and shared a pretzel appetizer, and the bread was delicious (I say that as a bread snob) and the cheese dip was surprisingly fluffy and quite good. I'd definitely come back here for a full supper and to see a movie.

Purchasing tickets online is a nice convenience except you get charged a $6 fee. Also having assigned seating is a nice idea until you get inside and everyone is bunched up together and can't move. The people behind me during my flick decided to have a conversation throughout the movie. Rude and Very annoying. A lady in front of me thought it would be a good idea to record the movie on her cell phone. Must of been her first time as she was very obvious about it and didn't cover her screen. It only stopped when one of the employees came in. The concessions has your typical movie theater selections of popcorn, drinks and snacks. They even have a section to add flavors to your popcorn. I must add they seem a little stingy filling up containers as most places over fill them and your spilling popcorn all the way to your seat. That's not a problem here. Not sure if they're stingy or just don't want to clean up all the dropped popcorn. Overall a nice theater which seems to be going downhill. Could be the fees, could be the annoying clientele. Not sure.

I haven't been to the theaters in years and we went to take my daughter to Toy Story 5-great film, go see it- and we pre purchased our tickets, and I didn't know what to do when we got there. No ticket taker, but there was a lady on the phone at customer service, so we stopped and waited. She was giving lots of info on the phone but hardly acknowledged us. Finally she said "I'll be right with you." Then when she was off and I told her we just need to scan the code, she was like, "ohh!! Of course!!" Then said that we could have used the kiosks way on the other side behind the ticket purchase are. There's just no clear path for check in options and if they are going to pay someone to stand there, put up a sign please! The concession stand was stocked and no line. $38 for a large popcorn and 2 large sodas. Damn. But that's life right? Popcorn was fresh, free extra plates and cups, free butter and jalapeños. And soda was the large pick your flavor Coke machines. Our day tickets were $10, plus a $2 fee per ticket. *rolls eyes* but could I have purchased them at the theater without a convenience fee, I'm still not sure. They have lots of bathrooms. Staff is willing to help you find your seats and move others if they are not abiding to the seat rules (you pay for a seat and sit where you paid), when you can find staff. The seats are weird and were a bit hard for my 3 year old to sit in. But the cup holders in between go up, so I was able to put that up and hold my leg against her chair to keep it from folding up on her. I'm griping more about how much theaters have changed than Maya itself. All the staff we interacted with were nice enough and the place was clean, restrooms stocked. Bonus it's close to home. We will be back for Moana 2. :)

We checked online and saw that there were many seats available, so we decided to buy our tickets at the theater. Love that there is a senior discount and even a senior discount day. Bought tickets for all and headed to get popcorn and a drink. We always get a large popcorn and drink combo and complimentary containers for the kiddos to put popcorn in, they don't eat much. You get one free popcorn refill with the price. That works just fine. Cup holders available and comfortable seating. We enjoy coming here to watch movies and then going to Mad Duck after to eat.

1 star. Customer…read moreservice is awful, especially from the front staff member with glasses who checks tickets. Every time I come here, she searches my bag and my family's bags, even though we've never tried to sneak anything in. My Mom doesn't like to come here anymore because whenever we watch a movie as a family, we always get stopped to be searched, it feels hostile. What makes it worse is that white customers who come in after us don't get searched at all. I've even seen white patrons walk in with full backpacks--no check-- when they stay in the row behind us we saw them takeout Chipotle. Meanwhile, I'm being stopped over a small handbag that barely fits lip gloss. It feels targeted and discriminatory. Everyone else on staff is nice, but she completely ruins the experience. The lighting inside the theater is also terrible. Seat numbers are hard to see, which caused a seating mix-up during Lilo & Stitch. Because of that, a grown adult started yelling at us over an honest mistake that wouldn't have happened if the theater wasn't so dark. Moreover, if I'm paying $30+ I want the seat I sit in not to be peeling onto my clothes, or to step on something sticky on the way to the seat. Lastly, the hot sauce at concessions seems expired or very old. The smell was so bad my boyfriend threw away his popcorn.
