Guy comes and asks what I needed and proceeded to tell me wasn't buying because the Smelters were not accepting anything for two weeks and he could not buy. He also added that gold prices weren't good and to wait if I didn't NEED the money. I didn't but asked for some input on what I had. He just shrugged and said, I guess I can. He only went off weight and what I told him the Karats I thought it was. He didn't want to test it or do anything else since he wasn't buying. I thought this was very poor customer service because had he spent a little more time with me, I would have returned but he seemed more bothered than anything to help me at all. First impression was my last.
