Ordered a beef burger with Chipotle sauce along with banana matcha, strawberry matcha, and a pb&j protein shake. The burger patty flavor was very good, seasoned with halal flavors but the patty itself is thin and patty to bun ratio could use a bit if improvement. The bun was larger than the patty. Loved the fries! The strawberry matcha had a slight sweetness from the strawberries which helped but it lacked the matcha flavor. The banana matcha lacked matcha flavor as well. But the pj&j protein shake was excellent. You had the option of whey proteinb or vegan protein. We went with whey protein. I would definitely return to try another shake. I needed a regular place to work while waiting for my mom to finish up dialysis and everything was either too far or would break the bank if I went 3 time a week. I recently had the chance to try Cozy Cup! I got an iced coconut caramel latte, as well as a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The latte was delicious, smooth, and flavorful. It was definitely on the sweeter side, but I personally like my coffee sweet. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was nothing to write home about. The bread was pretty soft and the sandwich was decent, but not really spicy. It definitely could have used more sauce. I had takeout from here and sent my dad in to pick up the order. The order took a while, but he said the employees were super nice and friendly. I definitely think the online ordering system could be a bit clearer since they needed to ask a couple questions about what I wanted on my sandwich and what not. This would definitely speed up the process. I would love to give them a try again in the future. read more

Very much enjoyed my breakfast omelette. The masala omelette has veggies and delicious spices. So flavorful and pairs perfectly with an iced latte. Very friendly staff and very clean place. Definitely can work here as they have tables and chairs. read more

WOW! It was my first time visiting Cozy Cup and I am so beyond impressed. I visited to grab breakfast and a nice beverage to do some work on my computer. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant, a blueberry muffin, and an iced matcha latte with oat milk & honey. Everything was so delicious! Additionally, I paid a very affordable price for all three items - especially considering my latte had substitutions. It was such a cozy and comfortable location to work in. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They made sure I had WiFi (I didn't even have to ask them). Definitely a must visit. It is the perfect place to visit if you have to study, work, etc - but also a great place to socialize in. Such a friendly, helpful, staff & a lively, yet quiet cafe. Very versatile! I'll be honest.. I'm starting to really question the ratings of the most recent places that I've visited where they had 5 stars and it was really disappointing. I have been reviewing FOR YEARS and am very reasonable and gracious (even with constructive criticism), so when I leave a less than stellar review, it is for good reason. With that being said, this place is located in where Sweetberry Bowls used to be. That place was decent and really nice inside. Fast forward, they close down and I see this new cafe opens, which I was excited about. I hadn't visited yet, but I decide to because of the coupons that I got in the mail. My daughter and I visited on a Sunday afternoon.. we had to wait a little bit to be greeted, but I get that there were only 2 people working. The menu is a bit confusing.. the items that they sell are a bit all over the place.. just no cohesion, in my opinion. One employee was more pleasant than the other.. especially when they got our order wrong. We ordered two beverages, using the B1G1 free coupon, but I was surprised when one medium sized 20 oz (they ran out of 24 oz cups so that size was not an option) drink was over $9 including tax... seems as though there is a $1 charge for "custom" drink because my daughter added Boba and Nutella to her drink? That is fine, but I'd rather know that upfront. Even though I was not really impressed thus far, I figured the taste of the drinks would let me know if I would be giving CC a second chance.. unfortunately, we will not be returning. I've never had smoothies/shakes/lattes taste worse. If I hadn't driven so far away, I would have turned around and asked for a refund. It was poorly blended, had a very off putting flavor, no taste... I actually threw away about 90% of my drink. My daughter didn't care for hers either. It was a waste of time and money. I'm sad. And I try to be mindful of how reviews may affect small businesses, but this was a no all the way around. read more

Hidden off of rt. 18. This quick stop, while on the run won't disappoint. Tucked into the plaza it was easy to almost miss. Why stop? The espresso is excellently brewed, rich with no bitterness. Very nice, friendly and consider owner. He can customize your food. The young guy today evidently didn't want to work or clean afterwards because he said they don't serve food 1 hour prior to closing. I have been there too many times to know it is not true. When the owner is there, you can order anything before closing, maybe not eat there if there just a few minutes left. But an hour is ridiculous. I am giving a 5 stars just for the owner, 0 for the young guy. read more

Had a breakfast bagel and an omelette. Both were standard fare breakfast stuff but tasty. The specialty lattes were excellent. Had a Nutella and PB&J latte. The Nutella one was excellent!
