Started coming back in the spring of this year and have been highly disappointed with the work Courtney has been doing. Also had a fill canceled on me two days before i was supposed to come in during a weekend i had an important event. After i found a different salon to go to since my appointment got canceled, ive realized that GBY is not a good salon at all. The new salon i went to wouldn't even do the fill for me because they said i don't have many natural lashes left and if they did a fill on me then it wouldn't last. I had no choice but to have them remove what was left on my lashes and i purchased a growth serum after being advised to take a month long break to grow my lashes back and return for a real individual lash set. I'm extremely disappointed in GBY as they've not only been charging hundreds of dollars for lash extensions made with cheap products but Courtney rushes through appointments and she uses hella clusters on what is supposed to be an individual lash set. They don't care about being honest with clients and that is a huge red flag for me.

This was my first time at Cozy Lash and I must say, Chloe is truly amazing! She really took the time to go over and explain which styles would best suit my eye shape and I really appreciated that. Since my lashes are on the thinner and weaker side, I would say I'm pretty picky with who touches my lashes, but Chloe exceeded my expectations! The pain was unbearable but I pushed through. She later explained to me she places extensions under the lashes rather than on top as most lash people. And she shared that people who visit her complain of irritation. She never said that at beginning My lashes looked horrible, they looked plastic and very stiff. They felt uncomfortable for at least 3 days. I noticed when I went home there were clumps of many extensions attached to 1 lash and so messy with so much glue that I was never able to comb them as I do daily. Many of my lashes were folded and glued onto other clumps . The worst experience in my life. I went back to my original lady and told me there were definitely NOT classic and damaged a few of my lashes . Please do your research. I don't know how they have such good reviews. Looked like my 10 year old did my extensions
