What really rubbed me the wrong way was when they tried to charge full price for an item that was discounted. They didn't mention the discount at all -- they only adjusted it after my friend noticed and asked about it. That's not the kind of thing you should have to catch yourself. For the prices they're charging, I expected better service, better energy, and an overall experience that felt worth it. Unfortunately, it just felt overpriced, underwhelming, and not very welcoming. Definitely left feeling like we could've spent our time and money somewhere else.

They used to measure your feet but recently my wife and I just ask for our size. They are very knowledgeable about the shoes they sell.
