Anyway, I had a new vehicle installed with brand-new equipment and everything seemed okay. A few weeks after delivery, I was driving it and the engine and electronics all shut off in the middle of traffic. It was August and the temperature was well over 100°, which almost ended up in a medical emergency. I had to get out of the vehicle in my wheelchair in the middle of traffic. The police had to stop traffic for me while I got out. It was pretty embarrassing. It turned out there was an exposed, hot wire leading to the equipment that made contact and shorted everything out. The fitting and adjustments phase was a nightmare and the technician was impatient and at times condescending and the service manager was argumentative and honestly, rude. And after all of that, it failed inspection, but that's another story. Even though they are the closest to me, I will never go back there.
