The minute I walked up to the kiosk, though the gal was busy, she stopped to address what I needed. I told her what the issues were that I was having with my phone. It had recently been running out of battery very quickly and now would not charge or turn on at all. She said it sounded like it needed a new battery. She popped a new battery in and it charged to 40% in about 5 minutes. The charging port is connecting just fine, the phone is now running MUCH faster and I only paid $43 including the tax. Much better than well over $750 for a new phone! If your phone is having issues, take it here FIRST. You will get HONESTY and polite and very prompt service!

The cellairis tech was able to inspect and install an adhesive strip to fix the trim piece and reaffix the rubber seal - all without charging me a dime. How there theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre paid on your account. All the cleaning, trash reduction, etc. that are classic treatments for hidden memory and wasting memory didn't help return my C:\ drive to where it was a few days earlier. Despite my "tops" anti viral software, a virus attack had replicated my photos to 500+Gb size. At the same time, there was a hidden overload of old years' backups. Putting my non-tech language aside. The service I received was perfect*****. In addition, in the process, we managed to fix a small hardware disconnect that existed from a prior service elsewhere.
