This is a cool little repair shop inside Walmart. The gentleman is very friendly and prices are…read morefair. I came to fix my daughter's iPad. However, the home button wasn't installed correctly. So I had to go back the next day and get it fixed. I was a little disappointed when he downloaded a digital home button and tried to skip fixing my original home button. Apparently he didn't put enough glue put in place for the button to stay. Once he replaced the hardcover screen, the button snapped. But he ultimately did fix it even though I could tell he didn't want to, but at least he had a smile on his face. He's pretty good at calling you or texting you when your item is done. Then he forgot to give me the plastic screen protector that we brought in. I had to go back and grab that. Overall, if he had a little bit more attention to detail, he would've got five stars. But this is a cool place if you need some minor repairs done to your phone or iPad.

Took my custom build in after a lot of troubleshooting on my own to find out why it wouldn't POST…read more They misdiagnosed my PC's problems, telling me it would've been a $400 CPU replacement, when the actual issue was a faulty motherboard that only cost $80 to resolve on my own. They told me this without actually pulling out my CPU to test it, and claimed that I damaged it by installing my cooler wrong, and there was only a 50/50 chance my processor was still working - I don't know how they could've possibly known that without actually touching the processor at all. When they returned my computer, it was missing the card rail clip, the velcro straps that I use to manage my cables, and the front panel header had been unplugged and rewired incorrectly. This store made an already incredibly stressful situation twice as stressful and last twice as long by giving me wrong information and leaving my computer in a worse state than they received it in.

Okta took the time to place all the precautionary measures within the swap of thermals to protect my Motherboard in full (kapton tape and oil application for the pad) I will be evaluating this for the next couple of days to see if the the temps remain stable but to be honest initial overview of the temps are fantastic! I am posting that message so others can see the timeline for themselves. As of today, more than three weeks after that text and nearly 12 months after you took possession of my TV, I still do not have my TV back and my recent text messages have gone unanswered. You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages.
