After a fun call to Apple, a new screen installed by their genius is in excess of $300 and a trip to the least fun bar in town. A quick scan of Yelp led to discovering Kyle at InstaKyle. On a Saturday morning, Kyle answered his phone and showed up at my house to repair my phone in less than an hour. And yes, he had consent to come over. He offered to meet at a local coffee house but it was easier to have him at the house. In less than an hour, on the kitchen counter, Kyle repaired my phone screen quickly and professionally. He had all the parts and proper technology and clearly the skillset to do so. He walked me through the process as I chatted with him about everything I don't know about tech stuff and he patiently put up with all my stupid questions.
