I brought it into the store to have them take a look at it and see what they can do. The salesman Jacob was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable! After opening the phone, Jacob took the time to try several different scenarios that might be the root cause of the problem. He was very open and honest about the issues with the phone and his limitations as to what he could and could not do. Unfortunately we still could not get to the root problem as it was an issue with the motherboard. Jacob did not attempt to sell me any unnecessary services or equipment, which I have found to be extremely rare! If I ever have anymore problems with my iPhone, iPad, PS4, etc., I will certainly be coming back to this store!

The absurdly high rating for this biz had me calling them immediately, in which a young man named Eid promptly quoted $250 to fix it. This was at least $50-75 cheaper than most of their competition. I agreed to it. It's a tiny shop that's next to a gas station. It looks completely run down and if it weren't for the reviews, I'd have a hard time seeing myself here. I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again.

This review is for the solid transparency and professionalism of the staff. I have a cracked screen on my 2023 Samsung Galaxy. I kept the phone because it wasn't worth turning in when I got a new one, and I figured I could always have it as a back-up. Unfortunately to repair would have been over $300 which is just not worth it for me at the moment. The tech I spoke to took his time to inform me of my options. Apparently the price is because they are Samsung- quality certified which does give peace-of-mind. I came on a week-day and they told me they wouldn not be able to provide same day service because they were so busy, but to come back when they had more staff on the weekend. I appreciated the transparency!! Other things to note: There is plenty of parking and it is free for a short amount of time. They do sell a small selection of phone accessories like screen protectors and cases.

Unfortunately while I understand their need for customers as a small neighborhood business and their struggles as a small community, that's profits come from consistent costumers. I unfortunately was not pleased to find most things in the store do not have price tags, and instead they will try to haggle a price with you. Asking "how much are you willing to pay?" While it does allow leniency if you're into bargaining, for someone who prefers honesty, it isn't an appreciated business practice I'd expect anywhere outside of a flea ,or night market. And despite the many cameras pointed at you and electronic locks on the front door of the shop that can be locked and unlocked from the safety of the counter, they won't let you hold most items in your own hands to examine them. The store often looks empty when it isn't due to heavily tinted windows and a locked door during business hours you have to knock on and stand five feet in front of to get into. It feels like I'm making a back alley deal with a shady scammer even though it's not the case. The people inside or more than respectful, just cautious which I can appreciate. But I don't want to haggle a price, listen to you make a fake phone call to check the price of something and offer me a bogus deal like a mall salesman to get me to buy your product, half of what they have can be found online for much cheaper than they'll try to sell it to you for. And when you refuse to buy they'll noticeably lower the price to something within your price range, but just short of all the cash in your wallet. Again, some might find this to be exciting, but I personally do not and like to pay a fair price set for every customer. The only reason I give this place the rating I have is because they've repaired something of mines that was broken. Good for repairs, but if I wanted electronics I'd find the cheaper deal on Amazon, same item but for 7$'s less guaranteed. It's heartbreaking because I really do resonate with the hustle and empathize with the struggles, but do not approve of their practices. Regardless I still do follow their socials, support all their posts and praise their efforts, but I will not be consistently buying often from the business unless changes are made. It's truly a matter of preference, and I don't mean to bash anyone, just giving my input for those who care and share the same values as I.
