Also rolled up my carpet - unvacuumed! They then decided to charge me an extra $50 WITHOUT MY CONSENT because their lazy maids were too slow. Oh and they broke a drawer in the refrigerator. Typical LA experience. Be grossly incompetent, charge 3x what the going rate is in any other part of the country, and then stand proudly with your hands on your hips.
