I just left this establishment and I probably won't ever come back. I ordered a pound of muscles andhalf of them were either dead or empty and no muscles in the sauce or bag provided. So the amount of muscles versus empty shells is not worth 1 pound that I had to pay. I still ate because I was hungry and I still paid my bill. I did tell the host about my issue stating that it's my fault, I should've checked, but I'm still paying my bill and for future reference. Try not to do this to somebody else. He tried to do something for me because of my inconvenience, but the cook said that it was all there. I replied with I'm sorry I didn't stage or line out my muscles to coordinate what was empty and what I actually got to eat, which was nowhere near a pound of muscles. They wouldn't do anything for me, which is basically what I figured, which is why I paid my bill and just went on my way. So now after tasting how awful the food was, we tried to get it taken off and had to pay tons of money for food we didn't even eat!!! Came home and ate a pot pie after paying $114 for two plates . What a mess. Ordered 1lb of shrimp with two corn, and the calamari and fries. The shrimp came out hot and fresh but the calamari with fries were a mess. They have you literally a small handful of calamari and soggy fries. I asked for the fries to be recooked with extra seasoning. They did that but still the calamari amount was so little for $18. I told the waiter I didn't not expect this and they brought it back and did charge us. I told them I just wanted the fries. He brought back uncooked fries that were still hard inside(semi blanched frozen fries). At that point I was pissed off. Spoke to the manager I told him about our experiences. He said "is that all" and left. No apology or anything. FFS if you wouldn't eat it why would you serve customers. I'm glad They didn't charge us for the food , which they did what was right, and the other workers did a great job helping us. But damn is this place horrible compared to other rockin crawfish places. The food over priced and they couldn't cook a frozen fry if the restaurant's life depended on it. I never came to this restaurant because it has a sign over a building that is boarded up and I honestly thought it wasn't there anymore after moving to Concord. My friend wanted to go and he showed me that you have to walk behind the building with paper blocking all the windows under the restaurant sign to get to the restaurant. I got the Poboy shrimp sandwich and they made it spicy for me. My friend got the catfish Poboy and enjoyed it. We split a basket of calamari. It's plenty of food without the extra basket although we did enjoy the calamari and the sauce. Generous helpings so order accordingly! The place has a cozy chill feel with hand written messages on the walls. It could also use a deep cleaning. Gimme the NOODS!!! The garlic noods, that is. Those hawt, filthy, slurpable noody noods... mm mm mmmm(wink wink). Love me some garlic noods, especially when paired with an ice cold brew. Rockin' Crawfish sure knows how to rock it! No pun intended... just kidding, it was very much intended. I've been coming to this location since it first opened and have been pleased with just about everything that I've had thus far. This is an excellent spot to enjoy seafood in a very casual setting. This is that "put your bib on and get messy" type of joint. The market prices for their seafood are usually pretty fair. I really enjoy their bagged crawfish and shrimp. The Cajun seasoning is pretty much spot-on and their seafood tastes very fresh. A few other favorites of mine is their seafood gumbo and their garlic noodles. For a casual Cajun eatery, their gumbo is actually pretty damn good. The roux is super flavorful and the fresh seafood additives add a nice richness to it. I've always been appalled at how cheap it is to get a bowl it. And those garlic noodles! Daaaayum! Just a heaping mass of garlicky goodness. I love adding shrimp to my garlic noodles because, well... it makes them appear less... "nood". Okay, let me stop. Anyways, the food is really tasty here and great for the price. There was a time when I would visit this place almost weekly to get my garlic noodle and seafood gumbo fix. Many times I would take it to go, but I've always had a great experience eating in as well. The service is hit or miss, especially when it's busy. But for the most part, it's usually not too bad. Another reason why I enjoy coming here is because of their wonderful beer selection! They got that good good, yadidi mean?! Good ol' brews! I'm not a heavy beer drinker, but every now and then I crave a cold one... or two... or... several. I love the selections that they keep on tap here. Plus, the bartenders are fun and super creative. I had my first "Rockin' bomb" here. It's like a sake bomb but with... yep, you guessed it; BEER! I couldn't even finish the damn thing in time. Oh well. It's okay to be a novice sometimes. Now if it were wine in those glasses, it might've been a different story. But, I digress. They do have a few cocktails on the menu but it's a limited selection since this isn't a full service bar (they don't have a ton of space to house alcohol). I wanted to come here for awhile and try the Po Boy sandwiches but they got rid of them! I was so disappointed because not that many places serve them around here. I settled for some fried shrimp and chicken strips with Cajun spicy seasoning. Both item were good and had good crunch and seasoning. The fries were regular fries and they give you a ton. This place is near 99 ranch market and a little hard to find. I would like to try their crawfish boil and see how that is. The service was good and I would go again. read more

The waiters consistently got our order wrong, and even though we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, we eventually gave up asking for corrections after repeatedly bringing it up on a slow day. Additionally, they incorrectly charged us on the bill by including items that should have been part of the ayce option. When we requested the receipt and discovered all the billing errors, they refused to refund our payment. *Update - After speaking with the business owners, they were able to rectify the error. Since the ayce option is relatively new, they acknowledged that some errors were made during the implementation. Glad they were able to accommodate and took full responsibility, as this is typically our go-to takeout spot for local seafood boil. read more

You might as well just order water at this point because when we ordered Diet Pepsi it tasted like carbonated water. You have to ORDER and PAY and TIP before you seat yourself at the counter. Well, all of the food does not taste fresh. The sauces are not finger licking good. I have enrolled in for rewards. I always spend over 100 when it comes to seafood. Apparently I get all of the text and updates and all of my rewards are gone. They have me under a completely different name. And this name had a tiny amount of credits. Ambiance is okay. Doesn't feel dirty. Service isn't bad, but I wouldn't say is good. I'm more disappointed because my expectations were high, especially because of the rockin crawfish in Oakland. ZERO STARS!!! First time here 1/4/2024. Walked in at 3:34pm and walked out at 3:45pm. I was sitting at a table that seats 6 by myself. My waiter was an old white lady. There were 2 of them (the shorter one was my waiter) I didn't get her name because I didn't know I was going to have to leave after I put in my first order. She was rude and I let her slide a few times. When I put my first order in for the all you can eat my son changed his mind and decided to come eat. He did not make it in the restaurant. I asked how much to add my son. She didn't even ask how tall he was she said $60. I know that my child meets the requirements for the child price. I asked how much because I forgot the price for the children's AYCE. I said he doesn't want crab she said well if he sits at the table (keep in mind he is a MINOR 11yrs to be exact) he is being charged $60. If he doesn't want crab then he has to sit at another table.
