Beautiful restaurant along the marina with amazing views of the lake. There is a nice outdoor area too where they usually have live music. I really loved the atmosphere for this restaurant. Unfortunately their food was very disappointing. I have now gone to this restaurant 4 times- each time trying something different in hopes I would find something I liked. Their peel and eat shrimp- which is my go to when on a menu- we're not good. Very small shrimp that tasted foul. Their calamari was also weird-Although u could def tell their batter was homemade. I tried their Cajun grouper bites as well, but the grouper was extremely fishy - tasted undercooked. My last attempt was their island mahi. This too was really bad- undercooked and also tasted extremely fishy . from here on out, I will not be ordering food (unless I'm extremely drunk) from this restaurant. This is as good as St. Cloud restaurants get. Great food, good happy hour and a beautiful view. Kids eat free on Wednesdays. They serve royal red shrimp. There is a kid park next door and a place to play volleyball so it's very family oriented. We love this place! They have live music on certain nights too. read more

Had dinner today, January 31st, after golf. It is the favorite restaurant in all of Florida for my wife and I. Have eaten here many times over the years....the food is always good....tonight perhaps the best meal we have had at Crabby Bills among many really good meals..... Started with Sangria's, then a half a pound of the fresh shrimp...and the grouper lightly blackened...it was simply delicious....a rare treat was the mango-pineapple salad dressing...perhaps the best I have ever had...we highly recommend to try it. Our waitress, Agnes promised I would love the new salad dressing and she was correct....as well as the meal.....Agnes gave excellent service and was friendly and since it was early took a few minutes to talk with us. Came here about an hour before closing. The staff seem pretty friendly but there are a few drunk locals that wouldn't leave me alone and they were being disrespectful to the staff that work here. Got a Mojito and the mint leaves were half dead and half black. Drink tasted mediocre, tasted a bit "watered down". Ordered the nachos and they were okay just a bit salty. Smelled like cigarettes and there were a few flies in our eating area at the bar. Do not recommend. read more

I had lunch here on 12/12. My sister and her husband joined me. We very much enjoyed our meals. Salad with grilled chicken, fish and chips and grilled fish and shrimp. I was visiting from Denver, so we walked out to the lake for a photo op. It is a lovely location. Our waiter was David and he was great. Attentive, but not TOO attentive. The manager also stopped by to check in with us. We were going to sit outside, but it was too windy. The only suggestion I have is to turn down the music volume. I was hard to visit. Thanks! Service and service and service. The ladies at the bar, the bar keeps, the servers who bumped into us. ALL of them were a delight and I wish they had all come to say HI. They seem to love working there, and I can see why. The setting is the BEST. Right on the water, in a lovely neighborhood. The drive there included a sunset and local fauna and flora. I enjoyed a local bevvie and some NCAA football waiting for our food. Try the alligator and the crab cates, the calamari was delicious. The food did not take too long, and the place was crowded. The ambiance was very nice , had a small marina feel on the lake. The staff and seating was very nice. My wife had a cup of crab chowder and a house salad, with ranch ordered on the side. I had a bowl of clam chowder, house salad with grilled chicken. The description of chowder was that it had big chunks of potato. My wife received her soup and salad quickly. I received my soup the time as my wife's but did not receive my salad in time to eat with my dinner partner. My soup was very lacking, hardly any potato and the crab was equally hard to find. The cream in the soup was good. Over all the soup was not very good, could have been the last of soup on pot not sure. Should not have been served. I can not tell you about my salad. My wife's salad which was ordered with ranch on the side, came to her with salad dressing already in the salad, not on the side. A sad experience. I hope it was just a bad time. read more

The service was wonderful, the food delicious, and even though no one claimed to have room for desert, we managed to put some if that away as well. We came here with a friend of my wife, they were wanting to sit outside but seeing as it was almost 100 I shot that idea down. My idea of eating in broiling heat is to not eat in broiling heat. Restaurant backs up to a lake with boat docking, nice view, music on the patio, probably pleasant later in the day. Place was busy, feels chainish, not sure about that, waitress was quick with our drink order, started off with the crab and spinach dip, half doz oysters. Spinach dip was ok, oysters pretty good, my 7 yr old actually liked them as well. I ordered the grouper, wife the combo of mahi mahi and shrimp, kid got some forgettable fish fingers. Food came out in 20 min or so, waitress was attentive with refills and checking in with us. Everybody enjoyed their dishes, my fish was moist and I enjoyed the blackened version, wife felt like hers was undercooked and she sent it back. Ceasar salad was decent as well. So why 3 stars? I just felt it was ok. Nothing here wowed me, dumped a bill for 4 people and the tip. Not really complaining just felt like I should have gotten more bang for my buck, and for the same amount of money elsewhere a better food experience. The service was awesome! It was a little chilly in the restaurant but I appreciated it since it was so hot outside at lunchtime. We had the crab dip and it was amazing! We were a party of 6 and they delivered with a smile! I had the hogfish and it was killer. My wife had the grilled Bairdi crab legs and she said that they were the best she ever had. My Aunt had the fish and chips and shared it with tall. The portions here are very plentiful! Gramma had the coconut shrimp and she said they were the best she ever had too. The kids had Mac and cheese and a chicken sandwich and they really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back here next time we are in Saint Cloud. And the view of the lake is awesome. read more
