MIng was our server. He was good and attentive. We purchased the all you can eat $55 pp. Good deal, good food, good flavor. However, there was 6 of us. The menu said automatic 15% gratuity added to the bill. No problem. The bill came and it said 18%. When I questioned them, they responded it's 15% for more than 6 people. I said well it's 6 of us AND your menu does not state that. So they said for parties of 6 or more they charge 18% gratuity. It's not stated anywhere in there. I do not like that they can just decide what percentage of gratuity to charge you! For that reason, we won't be back! read more

My husband was insistent on visiting this restaurant again, so I treated him to dinner tonight. What a disappointment!! I ordered a seafood boil bag(No Spice, Garlic Butter). We typically eat at the restaurant but this evening we ordered takeout because we both had a long week. Once we got home I opened up the boil bag and immediately noticed the sauce was red. I then tasted a shrimp and a mussel, and was immediately irritated because the seafood and vegetables were spicy. I called the Restaurant right away and spoke to a gentleman and informed him what happened. He stated "I'm sorry, it looks like the chef made a mistake. I'll talk to him". I said what can you do for this huge mistake because my husband cannot eat spicy food. The gentleman stated he needed talk to the owner. The owner told him to have us bring the food back. I was furious. I told the gentleman we live on the other side of town, his store closes in 1/2 hour and it will take us over an hour to get there. My husband then took the phone from me and asked the gentleman to put the owner on the phone. The owner asked us if we could bring the food back tomorrow. My husband then said "lady are you kidding me?" "Is there some type of credit you can put on our account." The thing is my husband and I we were not asking for a refund. She didn't even want to offer a $5 or $10 credit or any resolve for this mistake w/o us using a lot of out gas to fix something that should've been correct in the first place. My husband explained to her as a store owner you have to do the right thing & make it right! We shared with her how we haven't been at her restaurant in a while and we drove to her store this evening for a meal. None of this meant nothing to the store owner. The customer service we received this evening was piss poor. My husband advised the owner and the gentleman we will no longer be returning to this restaurant. The sad part about this, was when we were waiting for our food I had just said to my husband, wouldn't it be nice to have a party here at this establishment and invite our close friends. They have no idea how much money they just lost out on. We go to different restaurants & we give reviews good or bad, mostly good. We are professionals who exude, phenomenal customer service. We are the ones who will call the manager over at the end of a meal and praise a server or a good customer service person that served us well and one who exceeds super professionally. This did not happen tonight. If you do go to this establishment, please check your food before you leave if you're doing takeout!!!! This owner lacks a sense of empathy and concern if orders are made incorrectly. We will not be visiting this restaurant again and what a shame because my husband really loves the fried. I visited last night with my family for our first dining experience at this restaurant. While I understand and respect their 90‑minute dining limit, the way it was handled fell short of basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead of our server approaching us to explain that our time was ending, a teenager, who had not interacted with us at all during the meal, was sent over to abruptly drop the check on the table. For first‑time guests, this felt dismissive and unnecessarily abrupt. A simple, polite heads‑up from our waiter would have gone a long way. Clear communication and respectful interaction are part of good hospitality, especially when enforcing policies that guests may not be familiar with.The food was enjoyable, but the way the time limit was communicated needs improvement. Our group decided to meet up here to have our 'Girls Trip' meeting! It was a good choice...we had a group of five and the tables are spaced out nicely! We all had individual choices, we decided to bypass the 'all you can eat' menu! There are fried as well as the boil options! I went in 10 minutes ago and I already feel so sick. I don't even know where to start. The food was FROZEN when it came out (my hands are still cold from touching the crab legs) !! The crab tasted horrible. They tasted very fishy and almost spoiled. There were literally CLUMPS of HAIR in the food. I've never felt more UNSAFE in a restaurant. The waiters were so mean to us. And it took 10 minutes at a time to track one of the down. One was complaining about her job, one threw our utensils down on the table with a grunt and walked away, and the other (when asked why a 34 dollar tip was already included) picked up a menu and underlined the "automatic 15% tip" and snarked at our table. The same one made a rude comment to us about not finishing all of our disgusting food. There were cameras everywhere and my friends counted 20 of them. The entire experience was very off putting. We got all you can get $55 each. 2 apps, choice of 2 seafoods (pick your sauce, spicy level) and veggies/sides unlimited! When you're finished order 2 more seafoods and more sides! We had crab Rangoon & fried calamari as our apps. Our main dishes were the snow crab legs, clams, broccoli, corn and sausage with garlic butter no spice! Service started out fine, but things went downhill when I asked for cocktail sauce with my seafood boil. The sauce tasted like ketchup. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she doubted it and said there was only one bottle. I explained it didn't taste like the cocktail sauce served earlier with my oysters. She took it back and never returned with a replacement. Later, she asked my sister and niece if we needed the check--completely ignoring me. When she brought the bill, she gave it to my sister. We were a small group of four and we all choose the all you can eat option. The wings were great and the calamari was too. Crab ragoon was ok and the fried fish. They fried shrimp were good as well. The seafood was good, nice flavor but it sat for too long and was lukewarm when it arrived. The service was hectic as there were many sitting in the dining area and only two servers whom we had to frantically wave down for refills and butter. We're big fans of Monster Crab so was very excited to find a similar place during our PA weekend trip. Drove almost a half hour to try this place for dinner with a party of 9 people. When we got there, we were told AYCE was not available because there was no more shrimp. Okay, so are we able to still do AYCE for the other items on menu without the shrimp? We were told no. We used to love coming here, but lately the quality has gotten bad. We recently ordered 2 sets of oysters. They were all mushy and kind of bitter with a tint of green/yellow on them. They were clearly not fresh. We let the server know that they weren't good and he took them. Stared with the drinks and appetizers we had the crab balls it was good. The seafood came out we I picked medium for flavor and we decided all three ways. I enjoyed mine. I always want to give the new seafood place a try. Now it may not really be fair to judge them on what I ordered. Of all the things on the menu, I was in the mood for fried flounder and waffle fries. It just hit me. But I figured if they can get this basic dish right then that says something. They got it right. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the batter had a little extra kick. It was fried to a nice crisp texture. And the waffle fries were pretty much perfect. I loved what I ate. The service needs to get a little more attentive but they're still new. read more

Based on what I read on past reviews and seeing people from a haircut place buy from this place inspired me to try this out. I think combining all those things for consideration made my experience here satisfiable. Also, I picked up at 9:10 PM on a weekday, a less busy time for them. First timer here. Seafood has always been my go to. So I was very excited when I heard this place was opening up. We were greeted right away and sat down comfortably at the booths. Unfortunately they ran out of a couple items (not surprising since it's a seafood restaurant), but they were very accommodating when we wanted to substitute certain things for the "combos meals." Speaking of combo meals - must try the crack crab sauce. Which is a mixture of all four sauces. I did mild, and it was plenty spice for me, yet delicious! Service was excellent. Very attentive to us and every table that was there. Price was super reasonable for the amount of food. Pictured is the "combo #10." We shared it and it was definitely enough for 3 people. We went to Crack Crab as it was our daughter's birthday and she wanted a seafood boil dinner. Upon arriving we were immediately seated. The place was dimly lit but light enough that you could see. I loved the mural on the wall. My daughter ordered the seafood boil with crab legs, black mussels and shrimp. I ordered the boil with shrimp and black mussels. The boils had plenty of seafood in them. The mussels were out of this world! The Cajun seasoning was perfect! The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. I absolutely love coming here for seafood. I usually have a certain table I love to sit in the back near the bar. The food is always fresh seafood and very affordable. On this day, I ordered the snow crabs with clams boiled bag with garlic butter medium spicy, it was delicious and more than enough food for leftovers later. The staffs customer service makes this eatery exceptional, very friendly and attentive to your needs. I call the staff family because I am able to share some family stories. The best times to visit for me are Sundays, if you visit on a Friday make sure to come before the crowds after 6pm. read more

I couldn't wait for this business to open. It's in my neck of the woods and when one mentions seafood I'm right there. Location is in the Giant/Staples shopping center on Sproul Road. The grand opening was 5/1/2021 with my first visit on Tuesday 5/11/2021. Ordering online is simple and the takeout ready for the time I chose. You'll find the dining room clean with a nautical theme and abundant parking. I ordered the Takoyaki which is Japanese octopus balls in "chef's" special sauce (6) for $6.00. It was a lot of filler with a small piece of octopus. I didn't care for this dish but encourage anyone to try it before you make judgement. My fav fried oysters were (9) for $9.00 and excellent. Couldn't go without the Oreo Cake which was good but the slim piece wasn't worth $4.50. This writer believes the prices are high for this area. Then again a seafood diner is expensive. Ok, so this place is really great. We went on a Sunday Abe's the place wasn't crowded. I was nervous at first but they have good reviews so we decided to try them. We were seated immediately. We placed our order for our daughter first as we looked over the menu. Her food came out super fast. We placed our orders for the crab boil. We initially wanted king crab legs but they didn't have them so we settled in snow crab legs. Our food didn't take long to come either. They are byob so just you save money by bringing your own beer or booze. The service was phenomenal. We had two servers tend to our needs and made sure everything was great. I definitely will be coming back as great service has been hard to find. One other thing to add, prices are fairly reasonable.
