Stopped by on a Friday night and there's plenty of seating. It's a causal spot where you order at the kiosk or counter and then seat yourself. I ordered the C.C You burger, which has corn cheese. The burger was barely warm, but it was good and not greasy. I also got the truffle fries which were so crispy and well seasoned. I want to come back and try the other specialty burgers.

Presentation isn't everything but it definitely counts for a lot. The burgers, salad, and fries are served up beautifully. Steak salad with balsamic vinaigrette was exceptional. The inside of the restaurant was clean and we put together. The staff was friendly and served the food with the smile. I'll be back to try more on the menu.

When you're hungry at 1AM in Duluth, your options are slim... until you find Craft Burger by Shane. Open until 3AM, this place quickly became my late-night go-to. White, clean interior with plenty of seating. Easy spot to hang with friends. First Visit: I started with a burger, sweet potato fries, and mac & cheese bites. The burger was filling and given that they have so many options for customizing it, I can't complain. They also have a halal menu, but know that the bacon add-on is regular pork bacon. Took about 10 minutes for us to get our food. Second time here I tried the truffle fries (a great pick!) and Korean fried chicken. The chicken was yummy, and you can try more than 1 flavor by typing into the notes section while ordering which two flavors you want. Only thing is that they forgot to give us the radish that usually comes with it. The surprise MVP is the mango green tea. It absolutely slaps. It's full sweetness and tastes so refreshing like something from a boba shop. Honestly, I'd come back just for that tea. Overall: Not the best burger or KFC I've ever had, but it's open late, consistent, quick, and satisfying. Craft Burger is a clean, reliable spot in Duluth when you're lookinhit at 2AM.

The place has plenty of parking, which is great. It's a bit tucked away from the main street of Pleasant Hill, but once inside, it's a clean and welcoming space with very friendly service. You can order using the indoor kiosk or at the cashier. The staff were genuinely nice and happy to answer all my questions. I really liked their "build your own" burger option. I chose crispy bacon for mine, though it wasn't crispy when it came out. Thankfully, they quickly remade it for me without any issue. Next time, I'll add a note to make the bacon crispy when I order. Here's what we had: - Classic burger: My boyfriend liked it. - Build your own burger (with fried egg and crispy bacon): The egg was perfectly cooked. I enjoyed the burger, but personally found it a bit greasy -- the top bun looked a bit too buttery. - Sweet potato fries: Tasty and not greasy, which I appreciated. - Soy garlic half chicken: Flavorful, though the glaze was quite drippy -- be careful when eating! I'm taking off one star because the women's restroom looked a bit worn -- the sink finish and wall paint were peeling. Also, the location doesn't appear on the official Craft Burger website yet, so I couldn't place a pickup order online without going through a food delivery app. I prefer to order directly to avoid extra fees. Overall, the food was good and the service was excellent. I'll definitely return to try more menu items, and hopefully see the restroom updated by then.

My new favorite spot for late night craving! They got burgers and sandwich , salad, fries, milkshake and they even have Alomst Famous Korean fried chicken inside the store. My personal favorites were ATL Honey Chicken sandwich, garlic lover burger, truffle fries and sweet n spicy korean fried chicken. Can't wait to come back for more!

Food took awhile to arrive to the table. So I definitely would not classify this as "fast food." I did notice the health food score and that is why I ordered things that were fried/cooked. I also noticed SEVERAL things that were probably reasons the health score were lower. Until that score increases, I will NOT return.

One of the best burgers I've had in a while. Portions were more than enough and freshly made. The onion rings were perfect and crispy. I'll definitely be coming back

Craft Burger by Shane moved into a secluded spot mostly out of view from the main road. The coffee shops that have been in the same place haven't lasted that long so hopefully the food and extended hours will be what keeps this place in business. It's clean and brightly lit on the inside. They didn't rip out the flooring or paint the walls differently from the last place that was here. Ordering is by kiosk or counter service. The kiosks are easy to use and that's a nice touch that they have them available. I decided to go with the "Cheese It!" burger. It's basically a regular bacon burger with a slab of deep fried mozzarella cheese. Flavor combos were great and the bun was light, fluffy, and likely steam toasted on the grill. It brought back memories of my first time at Fuddrucker's in the 90s vs. other fast food burger options. I'm surprised that a counter service place has burgers that are better than some of the table service gastropubs in the area. The menu is extensive and there are a lot of options in addition to build your own. I'm looking forward to trying the other items on the menu. Having late night options that are this good means you can't go wrong!

Yes yes yes!!! We spotted Craft Burger by Shane on happenstance. We were eating that fast food with the curly fries and we spotted CB tucked away in a tiny strip mall! After a quick online google sesh, we agreed we had to try it. I'm SO glad we did. The service was fast and friendly! We did take-out but the inside is so cute! Modern and bright with plenty of seating. We ordered the Cheez-It burger and the garlic lover. Both were SPECTACULAR! The burger itself is a really solid burger, seasoned well with good beef flavor. Juicy too! Then our toppings....its amazing what a slab of fried cheese will do to a burger! And the garlic lover.......lets just say I'm in lover with this one. We had truffle fries and sweet potato fries on the side, both were solid. Good even after transport home. We basically want to try everything on the menu! Don't hesitate, this place is bangin!

Vomit clean-up kit, in prominent display behind the ordering counter, sends mixed signals! Yuck!

Very fresh beef burger, made to specs when ordered. Phenomenal onion rings. Very large seating area, only one other customer present. Clean. The only suggestion I have for the owner/manager is to 1.) coach the young lady taking orders to NOT handle and arrange her long hair while at the order intake area. (Blech). 2) Put the "Vomit clean-up kit" under the counter out of sight of customers ordering.

The Ramen came out in a togo container which i was surprised by had very little garnish no scallions and the noodles weren't even cooked all the way sadly, i know its ramen and takes only a few minutes to cook but that was a little sad, the broth was the saving grace, cause it was spicy, salty and had a lot of flavor. I really wanted to like everything, the chicken was perfect but the seasonings were not. I got fried chicken breast with cheese powder and I have never gotten it before so I wasn't prepared for it to taste like straight sugar. I also got the soy garlic sauce and no soy or garlic flavor was apparent to me which I love it was a light almost white sticky sauce on it. So I dont know of someone put the wrong sauce? I have had soy garlic sauce at other korean chicken places and its a thinner consistency more garlic and soy forward flavor and it usually brown. Maybe their version just doesnt have that. Not really hitting the spot. Also I guess I was supposed to get a salad with my meal but it was just shredded cabbage. The pictures show a green salad that other people have posted. Sadly disappointed on that note. The dressing was sweet too. The corn salad was sweet and cabbage filled. The onion mayo had a whisper of onion flavor and again I dont know if that is how its supposed to be. On last thing the spicy mayo had absolutely ZERO SPICE. Non existent spice spicy mayo made me sad. So if you like pink mayo, get that one. The cubed pickled daikon was the only thing that wasn't sweet and it was a nice relief from all the sugar. Maybe I should have gotten the spice chicken batter instead of the original. I want to try it again and approach it from a different angle on the menu. The chicken was perfectly fried moist and crispy. I really hope to update this with a different experience some time. It was a nice cozy little place near hmart.

Their menu has such flavorful options. There's a bunch of free parking in the lot. I got the half curry tikkudak, which was juicy, delicious, spiced, flavorful, and all around worth coming to eat again. Service took a while from ordering to receiving the food and could have been friendly. It felt a bit awkward

First of all, they changed their name (and the outdoor sign) to "CM Chicken"…read more I've been meaning to check out their famous Korean Chicken for ages. There are many Korean Chicken restaurants in the Duluth and surrounding areas, but Choong Man Chicken seemed to stand out for some reason. I arrived super-early for lunch, and was seated right away. The place had a dark, barsy vibe...but they did play some perky K-Pop videos. Am thinking this place is more popular at nights...since chicken and beer is a thing (with Koreans). Anyway, the service was friendly...and the foods came quickly. Anyway, I tried their "Soy Garlic Spring Greens Chicken", which comes with a side of white radish. I also ordered a side or Rice. Since I came for lunch, I got the smaller portion, which was still substantial. As expected, the chicken was delish...but not quite what I expected. The chicken didn't seem double-fried (?) and wasn't crispy...which was disappointing. I guess to get the double-fried crispy, I should have gone with other flavors. I actually regretted not choosing their signature flavor, "Snow Onion Chicken"...as that chicken seemed more crispy. Overall, I was a tad disappointed...but mostly due to what I chose (?). Am thinking that I'll try their "Snow Onion" next time...and see if that'll merit 5 stars.
