Had a nice visit to this brunch spot. Restaurant was clean and we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Love the bottomless mimosas for $25. The French toast was great. We didn't really love the deep fried crepe. It wasn't bad, but very different. The shrimp salad was fresh and flavorful. The banana milkshake was yummy. Overall it was a good experience with lots more to try. I would recommend.

We came to the coconut grove location Sunday at 10:30 with no reservation. Having said that, the place was very empty so they were able to sit a part of 6 minor attitude from the only person that was sitting and taking orders. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. For some reason she could not hear one person's order so we had to check every single time that she had all the orders in before she left. Food was good and tasty. The portions are the right size, including the post apocalyptic breakfast. This one includes a little bit of everything on the breakfast/brunch menu. For me, the best was the avocado toast! The granola with fruits was also very delicious. There is an automatic 20% tip added for groups of 6 or more which is fine but not so fine when the service has been zero to nonexistent. In any case, the food was good so maybe we just need to try their other locations.

Delicious would recommend, food service and ambience was good. Came without reservation of 20 people and they were able to seat us in a timely manner.

Perfectly acceptable. Nothing of note good or bad. Service was great, attentive servers. Food came quickly, flavors were fine.

Excellent food and service we will be back. Highly recommend! She got pancakes and I got the granola yogurt.

Nice place located in Coconut Grove. The place has a nice vibe ans has a good mix of booth and table seating. The wait service was friendly, but need a few more servers. I ordered the Croquette goat cheese balls and they were excellent, definitely a must get. For my main I went with Steak and eggs and outside of the little potatoes the dish was bland and over cooked. Stay away from the steak and eggs. Glad I was able to try this trendy spot, but will not be coming back.

This breezy little place offers truly delectable small bites as well as filling brunch/breakfast and heftier meals, including pasta dishes, pizzas, and salads. I had the Croque madame and my friend had the Verde, with avocado and all sorts of delicious fresh fruits. I had a high-quality Illy cappuccino and my friend had an oat milk latte. Both were great! Service was friendly and efficient and the prices are reasonable l. We sat out on the patio area and did some people watching as we ate. Highly recommend!!

A large group of us came to CRAFT for dinner and were seated outside. We liked being able to make a reservation for 10 people and appreciated their flexibility when we had to change our reservation time. The food was tasty and the portions were huge! I got the sandwich with Prosciutto, Fresh Mozzarella, Arugula, Tomato, Aioli, and Balsamic Glaze. It came with a hefty side of fries which I ended up not being able to finish. I also shared the Roasted Cauliflower appetizer, which had Romesco sauce, Cherry Tomato Confit, Garlic Panko. I was in love with this appetizer and could have several more rounds of it. All of the flavors were there and the Romesco sauce was a star. Some friends at the table got the Pulled Pork salad and it was ginormous! Definitely good bang for your buck at CRAFT.

My first visit was…read moreabout a year ago, for a couple glasses of wine and snacks on a Saturday afternoon with my husband, and baby (now outings with a toddler are a bit too lively to patronize a wine shop). Another time was a weeknight evening with some fellow moms, and another was for a wine tasting that we noticed as we walked by. Sometimes, I have just stopped in to buy a bottle to take to dinner. Each visit has been great. It's a really cozy, welcoming place, with walls of wines of varying price points. The wine by the glass and snack/tapas menu is perfect, and if you are interested in having one of the many bottles that they sell, you will find knowledgeable help in identifying something you'll enjoy (and maybe something you haven't heard of before), at a price you are comfortable with.

Vinoteca is a small, cozy wine bar on Grand Avenue in Coconut Grove with a handful of indoor and…read moreoutdoor tables and about 1/2 dozen stools at the bar. They sell bottles of wine, imported olive oils, lots of (mostly European) wines by the glass, and light bites like charcuterie, small pizzas and popcorn. We've come here a few times, our dog was welcome, staff were friendly and outgoing, offering us various tabletop games like tic-tac-toe to pass the time, and once we'd both ordered a few glasses of wine, they offered us complimentary popcorn - something they normally charge for. Wines on their "by the glass" menu average about $16 each, and most staff pour them behind the bar where they have a gauge to measure out each one. The food prep area behind the bar is quite small (which is why they don't have a large menu), but so is this little gem of a wine spot in general. It's cozy, eclectic and great for a glass of wine and a small snack, or a nightcap after having dinner elsewhere. It's good for singles at the bar, or an intimate spot for couples and smaller groups. Vinoteca seems to have found their niche, and they've filled it quite nicely. That said, I'm not sure the staff, at least the ones working on the nights we've come, have a lot of knowledge about wines or are in the position to talk at length about their various selections.

Instead, we were sat at the smallest bar seating, which was completely inappropriate and not romantic at all for an occasion like Valentine's Day. As soon as we sat down, I politely asked if we could be moved. The manager then told me that I had booked bar seating, which is simply not true. Why would anyone reserve bar seating a month in advance for Valentine's Day? I checked my reservation confirmation myself and it never stated that, and I even tried making another reservation to verify ..bar seating wasn't even an option. He told us he would "see what he could do," and we were left waiting at the bar with no water, no menus, no service, and no communication whatsoever. Meanwhile, we watched multiple couples get seated at proper tables back-to-back. At one point, we even overheard another couple say their reservation was at the same time as ours, and they were seated at a table immediately. When I tried to politely ask for an update, the manager or owner completely ignored me. No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. I was honestly in shock at how disrespectful and dismissive they were. We ended up getting up and leaving because of how uncomfortable and disrespected we felt. Valentine's Day is supposed to be special, and this restaurant completely ruined that experience.

A simple "hello, welcome, we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. After a short wait, the manager stepped in, apologized, and got us seated, which I really appreciated. From that point on, the service was excellent. Everyone was attentive and helpful, and I especially want to shout out the food runner, who was personable and made a great impression. One thing that could have been handled better: our server took our drink order but never mentioned happy hour. When we later asked for the menu, we were told it was only available at the bar. Since I use a wheelchair for mobility, getting onto a bar stool would have been difficult, so I felt that a more accessible accommodation should have been offered. You'll see in my video I was the 4 top right next to the bar. That said, the food was good, and I still had a nice time with my friend.
