This Greek restaurant is so cute! Indoor and outdoor seating available! We tried their lobster special and chicken souvlaki. Both dishes were phenomenal and service was so good. One of my Favorite new spots!

A coworker's friend suggested Meraki Greek Bistro in the Coconut Grove area for dinner, and walking in felt a little like stepping into Greece. The atmosphere and decor immediately set the tone, and the service throughout our meal was fast and efficient. We started with the Greek salad, which was incredibly delicious. Everything tasted fresh and crisp, and sometimes it really is the simple things that make a dish. The giant pitted olives, a generous chunk of feta, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and green bell peppers, and simple dressing all worked so well together. It was light, refreshing, and probably my favorite part of the meal. My coworker ordered the meatballs, although unfortunately I did not get a picture, and I went with the halloumi and eggplant dish. The haloumi and eggplant were flavorful and satisfying. It was a little saltier than I personally prefer, but still pretty good overall. The portions were satisfying without feeling excessive, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the atmosphere made for a nice dinner in Coconut Grove. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area and craving Greek food.

I always stay in the Coconut Grove area when I am in Miami. I highly recommend checking out Meraki. My girlfriend and I ordered the lamb chops and the chicken kebab. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and they even had the Argentina game on. I loved the service and the fact that you can tell this is a family owned restaurant. I was amazed by my lamb chops and you can't beat the price either. I'll be back many more times as me and my gf will be relocating to Miami soon!

Tried Meraki Greek Bistro in Coconut Grove and really enjoyed it. The food was really good overall. I ordered the chicken souvlaki platter and it was flavorful, well cooked, and satisfying. The only thing I'd improve were the fries. They weren't crispy and felt a bit oily, which took away from them a little. Other than that, everything else was solid. The service was great and we sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather, which made the experience even better. Overall, a good Greek spot and I'd come back.

So disappointed .... The chef changed. Used to love this place. This was inedible. My mom and I have been going here for a few years but today we couldn't eat what we ordered. They said the chef just changed...

Had the hummus and lamb kebabs which are like meatballs again and tried the lamb gyro platter for the first time. Great place to go if you want a fresh, quality, healthy meal. Staff is very nice. Big serving you will definitely leave full.

Meraki is an amazing spot in Coconut Grove with incredible Greek food and a beautiful ambiance. The flavors are fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The patio is the real highlight, it truly feels like you're transported to Greece, making the whole experience even more special. Perfect for a relaxed dinner, date night, or a night out with friends. Highly recommend

This experience was horrible and needs to be shared as a food safety warning. I ordered dairy-free and specifically requested no feta. After the order was placed, the server was honest and confirmed there is only one fryer, meaning everything--calamari, fried cheese, fries--is cooked in the same oil. This is not disclosed on the menu, and it matters. The smell of fried calamari and fried cheese filled the dining area, making the cross-contamination obvious. The table behind us ordered fried cheese, and even the French fries were clearly affected. By the time I got home, my clothes reeked of sweet dairy, and I became physically ill afterward. Food quality was poor. The meat was dry and overcooked, the plate was overloaded with pita, with very few vegetables and minimal fries, and the tomato-based dish tasted processed rather than fresh. Service added to the frustration. We asked for the check multiple times while staff were busy chatting nearby. My husband is an executive chef, and we chose this restaurant based on a previous good experience. Unfortunately, this visit showed a clear decline in food handling, execution, and service. If you are lactose intolerant or have shellfish sensitivities, do not assume accommodations here are safe. Cross-contamination is an issue--ask very direct questions before ordering.

The visit to Meraki made my stomach even SUPER HAPPY! Everything was SLAMMMMIN... At first i was walking to that corner spot from there but then i walked by MERAKI and i said whoa! That plate ooked amazing and we changed out mind. LOL SO here we go! We ordered the combo platter with chicken, veggies, steak, shrimp and i forgot what else we ordered but it was great! So over all Meraki was a perfect Mediterranean spot in Coconut Grove. The service was great and the food once again SLAMMINNN.

I was craving Greek food. This place should be ashamed. I ordered the chicken jerky platter, oops, I mean gyro platter. and the chicken was SOOOOOOOO DRY, it looked like it had been left out for a week. They should name this chicken JERKY!!! So disgusting! It comes with a mustard sauce that is anything but "Greek". The service was good, and my rating is solely for the most disgusting chicken I have EVER had. Ever.

Amazing service, horrible food. Our chicken skewer (souvlaki) was dry and burned completely. The eggplant appetizer may have been spoiled? I did not want to burden the waitress, so didn't tell her anything. We are not coming back.

They have patio in the back! Like a hidden gem, really good Greek food. Service is ok, waiter seems was unhappy that day.

So many restaurants to choose from in Coconut Grove but the vibes of Meraki stood out! Love the ambience and the sidewalk seating. The food was amazing and very large portion sizes. The menu has a good amount of options to choose from! My only complaint is the drinks were quite pricy. Definitely will be back though for the amazing Greek food!

It was good but a little dry the potatoes were awesome

The beautiful outdoor setting creates such a unique and relaxing atmosphere that you almost forget you're still in the city. The food was outstanding. The grilled meatballs were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the cheese saganaki was absolutely delicious. We had made reservations a week ahead of time which is recommended by them, and it worked perfectly. We called them to let them know we were running a little late and they were happy to hold our reservation for a few more minutes and it was great because this restaurant does get packed. Service is attentive and friendly... where they lost me was actually the quality of the dishes. Greek salad... was very sad. Overly ripped tomatoes, almost spoiled. Fish of the day sandwich (gyro style) was bland. It needed seasoning. NOT Good. Grouper from their specials... also flavorless. It comes over orzo which was overcooked. (Gummy)... and so on. I don't often have to write bad reviews but in this case I feel it is necessary. Way overrated. Way overpriced for the quality. Definitely not a restaurant I would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I shared the meat platter for two for dinner and enjoyed everything on it - the loukaniko was especially delicious! During our last visit, an expensive black Prada bag disappeared inside the restaurant. At first, the General Manager, CECILIA , confirmed that we arrived with the bag and stated they were reviewing all camera footage. However, despite multiple requests, we were never shown the arrival footage or provided clear evidence proving what happened to the bag. The communication became increasingly contradictory, and instead of transparency and professional assistance, we were eventually accused of acting "fraudulently" and formally trespassed from the property. What shocked us most was not only the disappearance of a valuable personal item, but the way loyal customers were treated afterward: no transparency, no proper cooperation, no accountability, and accusations without clear proof. We remained respectful throughout the entire process and simply asked for clear confirmation regarding the footage. Instead, the situation escalated into accusations and threats of trespassing. If personal belongings can disappear inside a restaurant and management responds this way, guests should seriously think twice before leaving valuables there. At this point, we sincerely hope the restaurant owner or upper management reviews this situation carefully, conducts a proper internal investigation into how this matter was handled, and contacts us directly in hopes of reaching a fair resolution regarding both the significant financial loss and the emotional distress we experienced as a result of this situation and the unfounded accusations made against us. We are still open to direct communication with the restaurant owner or upper management in hopes of resolving this situation professionally and fairly.
