Our FAVORITE place for the Best food around! It's such a pleasure to have a wonderful meal in such a friendly yet personal atmosphere. Just want to be able to sit at the bar and unwind? This us the place! They always have about 10 different craft beers plus the regulars on tap. The Smokey Old Fashioned is the most awesome drink anywhere. Just watching it being made is a show in itself. They are always listening to what the customers want to eat and drink and continually make revisions/changes to please even the most finicky eaters. The desserts are to die for: Peanut Butter Pie from a Grandmother's special recipe is Perfect! The Bread Pudding is uniquely different and tasty! The only thing better than the great food, tempting variety of superior drinks and good service is the wonderful owners and managers who go out of their way to get to know you, make you feel special and always succeed at delivering an awesome dining and/or drinking experience. Amazing. I have been here multiple times and have tried almost all of the menu. These kinds of places do not come around often and when they do i just cross my fingers that they do not change for the worse over time. That always seems to happen eventually with places i love. The decor and atmosphere is great. The prices are perfect as well as portion sizes. The menu is unique as well as so delicious. The hand crafted drinks are amazing. Literally not one thing i dislike about this place. They even have hand crafted non alcoholic drinks for my pregnant wife. One drink i do wish they had on that menu would be a strawberry basil lemonade but beyond that the drink menu and craft been menu is great. My recommendations for food even though all is amazing would be the buffalo cauliflower, pulled pork sandwich made with angry orchard bbq sauce and my all time favorite dessert bourbon banana bread pudding. Dined here tonight with our out of state visitors and it was awesome. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a super friendly and awesome young lady that was eager to get us seated. I can't remember her name, but wish I could. I felt that she really cared. We all loved our food. I had the Mac and Cheese - Graze on This (Steak) and Yummm! I love trying new things and the menu has so many cool and different things I can't wait to try! Our server was Irene. She was so nice and very fun. We felt very welcome as first time diners. We were even welcomed by the manager, who was also very nice. Such a great place that truly cares about their customers. The atmosphere was fun and exciting. This is a perfect place to go for a night out. They have delicious items on their menu and great drink options as well. They know what they are doing and it goes to show from their menu options to their customer service, it is all excellent! My girlfriend and I had Julie as our server, she was hands down the best server we have ever had! She was highly attentive, very respectful, great personality, made sure our drinks were always filled and had a great attitude. We couldn't have asked for better service than what we received from our visit here. We will definitely keep returning here great food, drinks, and outstanding service! My wife and I don't get to go out often and when we do we always want to try new places and things. We've been to the Oldsmar location and we're very pleased. We've since moved to Trinity and have eaten at their other location there a number of times now and have always had a really good mean. The Figster is her favorite salad. I'm a big fan of the grilled cheese and soup combo, I forget it's name. But we've recently been in for brunch and we're BLOWN AWAY by the Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit. Easily one of the best ones I've ever eaten. I'm actually back right now cause my kids tried hers that I picked up today and had to go back. Love the food. Service is great. Have dined and drank at Craft St many times in the past few moths but was recently Blown away by their Customer Service...My wife had liked a recently changed menu item.. She asked if the dish could be made the same as before they changed the menu as she loved the texture, taste and ingredients.....The Manager/Chef Tyler not only accommodated but he personally made the dish. He went above and beyond for what some might think is a simple request. I would like to send a special thank you Stephanie (aka Smack) as she said her nickname was for being so wonderful. She made sure she got me the best and everything she suggested was wonderful. She definitely knows that menu and without even asking her to, when I ordered coffee, she had them make me a fresh pot and let me tell you folks, it really was the most awesome coffee I had in a while. I was absolutely delighted with this place. I had the salmon and it was spot on. Definitely in my top 5 dining experiences in my life. My hostess Rochelle was wonderful. The salad couldn't have been prepared any better. Just looking at the extensive selection of delectable delights had me excited. Went to Ladies Night with my friend and we had a Blast!! Shawna, our server, made our night! Her recommendations were "SPOT-ON" We started with some apps: the buffalo cauliflower (I swore I was eating Chicken Wings), and the fried green tomatoes were delicious. She split the Green Street Salad for us, with shrimp--it's my favorite-loved the thinned sliced apples. Shawna gave us a sample of the Simi wine (on Tap), I guarantee you will love it. GREAT service from waitstaff, especially our server, Shawna, and general manager Tyler. Both were attentive and personable , but even the guy who cleared the table was upbeat and friendly. The menu offered interesting choices, and we enjoyed each dish. The vegetarian in our group of 3 appreciated the variety of meatless dishes available. We liked the chicken wings, fried green tomatoes, Buffalo cauliflower, but most of all the half chicken called "The Bird Is the Word." Tender and juicy doesn't begin to describe it. Our waiter Cody was the best. He answered every question with confidence and detail. He never let our drinks get too low. He even told his boss it was our first visit there. Then the manager/owner visited our table. He told us all about their business. He answered every question we could think of about the restaurant. He even gave us a free appetizer for our next visit. The prices were about what you would pay anywhere else, but the service was far better than most restaurants (even the good ones). This was our first visit to the Odessa Craft Street Kitchen and Drinks. We were impressed right from the start. As soon as we walked in we were promptly greeted and escorted to a cozy booth where we were greeted by our server Irene. She is the best. It turned out be happy hour so lucky for my wife she was able to enjoy the house Merlot for $4 and the killer Havana Flatbread for $5.95. The food here is delicious! And I have absolutely fallen in love with their smoked old fashioned - I can't order ANYTHING else to drink here, it's so good. All of the appetizers I tried are great (so far I've had the fries, onion rings, and cornbread), but I've only tried one entree so far. The Angry Pig is an amazing sandwich, though I sub the fried pickles on the sandwich out for the sweet potato tots. Amazing!! We have been coming here since they opened and we love it here. They have the best cocktails around. Sit at the bar and watch them make the drinks. Everything is made using fresh juices and high quality ingredients. Go for the smoked old fashioned or the cucumber gimlet. What an amazing experience for Trinity. This is a restaurant that offers USDA Prime Beef, multiple combinations of dishes and has excellent service. We have eaten here 3 times and this evening was nothing short of 100%. We had a waiter named Chris, who was the best server we have experienced whether it be Charleys, Roy's, Ocean Prime, Del Friscos. It's with how their manager, Anthony, handled the situation. Instead of showing empathy, apologizing, or making us feel like valued customers, Anthony spoke to my wife in a condescending, disrespectful, argumentative and unprofessional manner. No customer should ever be talked down to or belittled. A manager sets the tone for the entire restaurant. Anthony's behavior turned our evening into an unacceptable dining experience. Because of him, and him alone, we will never come back. I hope management take this review seriously. Food can always be corrected, but the way customers are treated is what determines whether they'll ever return. Unfortunately, because of how Anthony handled this situation, we will not be back, and we will not recommend Estuary to others. I sincerely hope no future customer has to experience the same treatment.
