Been coming to Craftsman cleaners for over 20 years & although it's changed ownership less than a handful of times over those 20 years? It's always the same caring & concerted type of owner that assumes the reigns. They've cleaned & fixed my wife's Blue-Fox Für coats, they've done custom down feather zipper installations on pillow casings for me, they've done miracles. Not only can do but a will do attitude. And I don't know who "Mary" is Who apparently calls people up at 7:00AM in the morning & leaves nasty messages about not unbuttoning shirts because I've never met anyone that's been anything but very nice, courteous, & conscientious at Craftsman cleaners. Anyways I recommend Craftsman cleaners as well as the Mail Stop next-door or I've had a mailbox for over 20 years as well. "Your address may change but your Mail Stop shouldn't have to". Great to have a place to send all my Amazon & eBay packages & purchases where I don't have to worry about porch Pirates. read more

I love this cleaners and the folks that work there are great! Farhan, the owner, has one of the most incredible memories I have ever seen, quickly learning each of his customers names and relating to them...when was the last time you actually had personalized service at a cleaners? My clothes are always clean, pressed correctly, and done on time. He does a great job on spot and stain removal as well. Another thing that I have noticed is that my buttons do not get brittle and break as they have when I have used other cleaners. I am a very happy customer of this place! read more

Nice small business, family owned. I needed an alteration done to a skort, (putting in a zipper on the side) and had no idea where to go. I usually just do my own small alterations. But, the fabric had me a little intimidated. So, I walk on over to Craftsman Cleaners and ask if they do that. Woman was very friendly and said it should be no problem. The owner will be in tomorrow and can confirm. He was indeed and he did indeed; very nice man. I was worried since I never got a price but, it was SO CHEAP. Which could be awesome or could be dreadful. When I saw the skort though, I was even more blown away. Only $12 for a perfect job! Looks like I bought it from the store that way. Love it. This was a first....in all my years of dry cleaning! We've been coming here for several months. I dropped off several items last night and woke up to a voicemail at 7am from a woman named Mary accosting us for not unbuttoning my husbands shirts. We didn't know there was a button rule! I called them back to explain we didn't know and she continued to rant about the buttons. I told her this was the first time we had heard about this rule and the guy didn't tell me when I dropped the clothes off. In all my years of dry cleaning I've never been asked to leave the shirts unbuttoned. We have no problem doing that. What we have a problem with is Receiving a very angry phone call from an employee. This is seriously terrible customer service. Mary, I hope you have a better day! read more

I've seen Craftsman Cleaners in the Spring Creek shopping center for pretty much my whole life. I've been going to Donut Palace a few doors down for decades. But I never had the occasion to take anything to the cleaners until recently moving back to the area. I took them two large comforters to be cleaned. Technically, they fit (one at a time) in our washer and dryer at home, but drying is a pain in the butt due to the size of the blankets. Dropped them off on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon (I truly cannot remember) and they were ready for pick up on Saturday afternoon. Pretty good turn around time for giant comforters! The price was also reasonable, and definitely worth every penny rather than I take them out of my dryer and rearrange them 400 times, taking up an entire day. I'll definitely be back, and I have some clothes that need cleaning. I'm keen to try out Craftsman for clothes, but I've only heard wonderful things! read more

I was sup to wear my moms wedding dress for my wedding but my mom was fighting stage 4 cancer, so my fiancé and I decided to take photos of us together and me in her wedding dress that my gran made for my mom and send t to her so she could atleast have a photo of she wasn't able to make it to the wedding day. I came in when I got the phone call that my mom wasn't doing well and craftsman cleaners (even though were busy) took my dress got it dry cleaned and pressed all for the next morning in time for my photo shoot. They went out of their way for me, they were super respectful and sympathetic for what was going on! My mom did pass and I'm just grateful she was able to have that pic in time thanks to Craftsman getting the dress back to me so quickly. I would deff give more stars if I could. Great customer service and the shop is clean and not cluttered. read more

Really do not suggest. Hit my three strikes you're out rule. Pros: - Friendly staff Cons: - The dry cleaning itself wasn't done very well. I have a nice evening coat that got some kind of gunk on it during a move. When I picked the coat up, there was still remnants of the gunk. A trip to the kitchen sink and some damp paper towels took care of it. Also the wool now looks distressed. Another example was a tie of my husband's. It now has a strange little square discolored spot right on the front. No idea what this was from, but it was not there beforehand. - Really inconsistent and slow service. I tried to pick up an item THREE TIMES and it was not ready when they said it would be. I get it that mix ups happen, but really? Also had a discrepancy about whether or not I had paid a tab, which I did. The gentleman behind the counter said he would figure it out later and did not double charge me, but again, just not put together and a waste of everyone's time. - Pants were damaged. I went to pick up my husband's pants and they were not only not cleaned, but had a rip along the seam of the pocket. On the plus side, the cleaners did eventually repair and clean the pants at no cost. On the down side, this should have never happened, I was really frustrated that I had to go into the store to be told about it instead of getting a phone call, and these were the pants that took forever to get back since every time I went in they were not ready. Wanted to like this place, but that's just too many issues to have to keep going back. read more

After several issues with our previous dry cleaner, I was forced to look for a new one. And I'm very glad that I was! We've never had a missing button or damaged clothes. The service is timely, affordable and Farhan (the owner) has gone above and beyond to ensure easy clothes drop-off and pick-up!
