I've used them for over ten years. Overall they do a good job. Until finally they ruined a brand new, only worn once $300 shirt. I finally met the owner, who said it couldn't have been them because they clean shirts the same way. Then offered no remedy at all. Shirt was obviously pulled down on each side and also shrunk in the middle. Requested dry clean, but sure it was laundered, hence the center shrinkage and the greater shrinkage in the front. And not the first time they've shrunk a new shirt. I'm still amazed how easily they let a loyal long-term customer go, with not so much as a refund for the cleaning that ruined the shirt. Getting tailored for my wedding, I was verbally put down for my weight by the lady helping me. She made serveral disgusting and hurtful comments like "fat back" and "you too big". This was a horrendous experience that left me feeling embarrassed and ashamed. It's completely unacceptable for anyone to feel comfortable to say these things, but especially in what should be a professional setting that includes dealing with measuring people's bodies. Was a great neighborhood dry cleaner until one time I went to pick up some shirts and they gave me two less. Didn't think much of it, but mentioned it and they told me it could not be their error and they gave me a credit for two shirts because I over paid. Two weeks later I notice my shirts have not turned up so I mentioned it to the people in the store. I randomly drove by this place and decided to stop in to see what they would charge me to dry clean a small p-coat. I brought the coat in with me just in case on a Saturday morning around 9am. I walked in and it was so busy! I can tell a lot of people come here. They inspected my coat and said it would cost $10 and it'll be done by 3pm that day so you know I left it with them. My coat was filthy because children smeared icing all over it from a bday party. When I picked it up, my coat looked brand new! I was extremely impressed and I'm happy with what they did as well as customer service. I asked them the price to get a queen sized comforter dry cleaned and it's $22 which is kind of pricey and it would take 2 days. I'll be going back to get some dresses dry cleaned but I wouldn't take a large item here. Might as well go dry clean it yourself at a local laundromat for $5; It'll be cheaper. Overall this is a nice dry cleaners. Always ask the price and shop around for the best deal before you give them your clothing. read more

Can I give a negative star rating? Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... 1) co worker warned me that they had ruined a dress of hers. I get it, things happen. 2) dropped off a pair of custom suit bottoms to be dry cleaned. Came back to get them about a week later and they were no where to be found. No offer to replace my pants, compensate me, or anything. Staff is rude and don't have the highest proficiency in the English language either. He was very accommodating and told me that depends would be rewashed and pressed and that I would not get charged for correcting their mistake. Additionally he apologized and told me he will treat this as a training opportunity for his staff. There was no excuse for that kind of customer service first time. But everybody makes mistakes.
