Poor communication. The shop continued with repairs despite being asked not to start. The costs are excessive. They should have provided a detailed estimate and obtained customer approval before commencing any work. read more

I had a bumper replaced on my 2016 Ford F150, when I dropped my truck off the backup camera was working but when I picked it up it was not. It was the end of the day on a Friday so I took the truck with the understanding I would get it looked at by my local Ford dealership and come back to Craftsman if it was determined the bumper replacement was related to the problem. My Ford dealership determined that the wiring harness located behind the bumper had been damaged and could have been caused by the bumper removal, the repair at Ford cost me $920. I had been dealing with Scott up until I returned to discuss the problem then I was told Scott no longer works at Craftsman. Daniel took over and claimed that my backup camera did not work when I brought the truck in and refused my claim. I was left paying for the wiring repair with no support from Craftsman. Would not recommend Craftsman to anyone. read more

I had lost all hope that there was any customer service left in the world, but my faith has been restored! South Surrey Craftsman has excellent customer service, everyone is friendly and helpful. My vehicle was repaired good as new, the courtesy car was very clean and I am overall very impressed with this business. Had to pay for a "new" tire that blew up on my courtesy car after having driven 3 out of the 7 days I had it. The manager, Daniel, even said it was my responsibility to check the tire pressure??? Sorry, didn't know it was my job to make sure you had done yours. Also didn't know that I should expect a car tire to blow up 7 days after I get it from the lot. I didn't even hit a pot hole. Also didn't clean up my car. Scuff marks inside the cabin. My car-charger and trunk are coated in dust; and the outside even is caked with shop dust. There is literally muddy water all over the back of my car. Worst service ever. read more

I am rating this 5 stars due to the new manager, Daniel as will be following him to his new location. Between my husband and I, we had to visit the CC location on Boundary three times in the last few years. Daniel, who used to be the manager at this location is fantastic!! Recently I heard he was promoted to the White Rock location so now we will be going there instead, even though we live in Burnaby. I can't say enough about Daniel. Every time we needed anything done, he provided such great service and actually cared about making sure the job got done correctly. Not only does he call us back in a timely manner, and goes out of his way to order parts in quickly, but he will also offer alternative solutions to what your vehicle needs. This is very much appreciated! Dealing with car accidents is stressful enough as it is, but each time Daniel as made it so much easier for us which is why we will continue to seek services under his leadership. When I went to visit the 1st Avenue location myself, it was evident he was a fantastic manager as his staff were very polite, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommended! read more

We had our 1999 Toyota 4Runner tail gate, bumper and tail lights damaged in an accident and took it to Craftsman Collision in White Rock for repair. We have had this 4Runner since new and wanted the repairs to be first class. Roger Allen the Manager looked after us throughout the repair process and he went over and above the cost of the repair to make sure we were completely satisfied.
