When you're buying your first house, especially an older neglected property, it's hard not to feel overwhelmed and honestly a little suspicious that everyone is trying to upsell you or take advantage of the situation. Mike from Grayson immediately gave us peace of mind. He was kind, honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was his honesty. He actually recommended that we not do termite treatment because it wasn't necessary. He pointed out that what I thought was termite damage was actually wood rot caused by malfunctioning gutters. That level of integrity is rare and instantly earned our trust. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and took the time to educate us instead of trying to scare us into expensive unnecessary work. As first-time homeowners, that meant a lot. Once everything was completed, we genuinely felt relieved and much more comfortable moving into the house. He quoted us a very fair and reasonable price for remediation and pest work, which included cleaning and disinfecting an affected area, repairing screens, setting traps, and multiple follow-up visits. They even gave us a slight discount for using them after the inspection. Nick Grayson, the owner, and Domingo came out on a Saturday to help clean and prep the property because our movers were arriving Monday. That alone says a lot about the company. Nick mentioned he's been doing this for over 20 years and it absolutely shows -- no BS, no scare tactics, no upselling, just fast, honest, high-quality work. I joked that he must really hate pests at this point and Domingo happily replied that he's been exterminating for over 30 years. They arrived on time, ready to work, and got everything done quickly while still being extremely thorough. They also treated our home and property with a lot of respect during cleanup, which we really appreciated. Since they treated the property, we genuinely haven't seen a single insect. The treatment was also pet safe, which was really important to us -- we only had to leave the house for about an hour or two. They also have a dedicated office person coordinating scheduling and relaying information, which made communication smooth and easy throughout the process. That said, these guys are clearly in high demand and now I understand why. Give yourself at least a couple days if you want to book them because truly honest companies that do quality work at fair prices are hard to find. If you're a first-time homeowner and can get on their schedule, you can absolutely feel safe trusting them with your inspection and treatment needs. Grayson is worth every penny and I would absolutely give them 5 stars without hesitation.

As I previously mentioned I receive a text the day before my scheduled service that provides the 2-hour arrival window. Sean has never deviated from that 2-hour window which means I don't have to waste a lot of time sitting at home wondering when the technician is coming. I had discontinued my bait station service several months ago but I recently noticed droppings outside near my trash cans. Prior to this month's service, I texted Sean on a Friday to let him know about it. He replied within an hour and when he came out Monday he identified the droppings as rat and lizard and refilled the bait stations. Two of the three went up into the attic, Zwaag did not. The two companies recommended spot treatment. Zwaag left the decision to me. When I called to ask if the company could lower the price they said the person who came out would call me to discuss this. I waited, but no telephone call was forthcoming. I called the company and they discounted a small amount. The person they had performing the service was excellent. If the company says a person will call but they don't, it says to me that company doesn't need the top spot.

Hello, I am not a customer of this man / company and I never will be. Or brainwashed to believe they are poisoned?? Maybe go buy some dandelion root at the market and ask yourself, why are they selling "weeds" for such a high price??? Hmmmm I have tried to play nice with this man / company & my neighbors by asking for - NEIGHBOR NOTICE & A LIST IF CHEMICALS THAT ARE BEING USED, as I grow edibles and have a beautiful GREEN garden. By law it is required to give me a list of chemicals used upon asking and if not it is a violation of California law. He always seems to skirt that issue. This along with asking him on 6 different occasions for neighbor notice, so that I can cover my plants, has fallen upon deaf ears. I also have animals & caught this man spraying and peeping over my fence for 10 minutes when I was outside with my animals. Not sure why he wouldn't be kind and say, "hey I'm spraying chemicals," but not everyone is kind and compassionate to animals. Let me also just say that the home owner asks for complete respect for her animals and that is given. This morning I came outside only to notice a drift line across my garden and BROWN limbs of my plants. As I said I asked for neighbor notice 6 times, a text with 12 hour notice or a note in my mailbox. Never done, and never a list of chemicals. So while some of you might want to hire this company & man, know that he is 1. A liar 2. Unethical and doesn't keep his word 3. Not following the laws of California agriculture, & 4. Spraying chemicals into a yard with bees which are an endangered species & if there is just one bee in your yard, you cannot spray. Ethically but also lawfully. I understand that everyone has to make money, however I believe in integrity and a Organic you toxic garden, along with a planet that allows bees to flourish, and every time he sprays I have to loose some of my beautiful green plants that I grew so not to accidentally poison someone with my veggies & fruits, because truthfully they are no longer truly organically grown outside. I have tried and tried to deal with this kindly and it isn't working. Along with this, the man peeped over my fence for 5-10 minutes while spraying and watching myself and my animal, never once having the kindness to say, " Hey I'm spraying chemicals, you might want to take your beloved pet inside." Nothing. I worry for my safety, as if a man will kill bees, plants bugs etc. what would prevent him from hurting myself or my animals? I would never hire this company, first of all because I can pull my own "weeds" with my arms and a sore some sunlight while doing so, but also because I do not play God, and killing nature, when we live amount it, is a very strange way to make money and I don't know what kind of human soul would think that is okay, and do it over and over on a daily basis. I have contacted the company once again asking for a list of chemicals and nothing, just a bunch of fun around. Like I say, that is illegal, and I must be told the chemicals that they are using the moment I ask. This can harm myself and my family, as we have all seen with Roundup. Causing all types of Cancers, and I have every right to ask. If I sprayed anything on to these people, I'm sure they would wonder what it was. Let's all be better people and treat he earth with kindness and natural products, need oil etc. instead of toxic chemicals, that people have been brainwashed to believe will "protect" them from ants?? shameful company!!!!
