1/22/26: In 2020 we discovered mice droppings in our garage. We were mortified. We emptied it; swept it and threw away soiled boxes and cabinets. We called Pacific Exterminators and they directed us on what to wash the garage floor with. They looked at any and all possible ways the critters got in. All of our vents were patent. Pacific Exterminators installed this 'brush strip' around our garage door. They set up traps. They came back a couple of times to check. We were really impressed with them. Unfortunately, I hear something under my house knawing away at night, while I try to sleep. Pacific Exterminators is coming back. I was in a real bind about 1.5 weeks ago as a pet sitter brought her untreated dog that had a ton of fleas. Also I tried to have dinner at her home & totally flea infested. Well my home & yard from her untreated dog gave me "Flea Infestation "! Tried one pest control company and it was a waste of money as well not reliable. So I looked up Pacific Exterminators! All the things were out from my cabinets (see photos) he said " I dont have time to wait for this" when I told him I am moving them now, he said "I dont have time bitch" then he give me the finger while he walked out. Kyle the "vice president" is extraordinarily HOSTILE!!! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS - HOSTILITY IS CLEARLY A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They were hired to treat my aunt's home for rat mites. She is turning 100 this year and had to move out because she was getting bitten by the mites. She is on a fixed income and was told to move to a hotel until they could resolve the issue. I spoke with their technician Ernie who said he was laying traps. I explained that due to her being 100 years old and being on a fixed income, it was difficult for her to stay in a hotel and asked if he could also spray for the mites and he said he would check with Kyle. I didn't hear back so later I called and left Kyle a message but he didn't return the call. When I called again today (this being the first time I have ever spoken with Kyle) he immediately began attacking me verbally, called me a liar and told me never to speak with his technician or to ask the technician to spray. I asked Kyle to de-escalate his hostility and tone, which made him even more aggressive and hostile. I would NOT feel safe having ANYONE from this company come to my house. read more

They send technicians over that do not follow up I paid for a monthly service and they sometimes don't come and complete the job. I had a guy come look in the front but never the back yard or in the house they still charged my account. Job never completed. Do not use them they are horrible! Another tech comes and checks my garage says he put traps in but never did he walks out to his car to get some and never came back. No call nothing just left . My manager called the company for our building but I had some questions on how to handle the process and what needed to be boxed up and put away. I was able to text the owner and he was readily available to answer any and all of my questions. He asked me to send him photos so he could assess the situation and even helped me reschedule a time that was convenient for all of us involved! It was incredible customer service! When the treatment was done, he even followed up to let me know what they discovered and told me my next steps!!! During the extermination service, technician Mike came in and explained the whole process of what needed to be done and the best steps to take for preventative measures. The service is horrible I had the worst experience ever they keep canceling the appointments the same day the unit has been vacant overnight. Previous time there value and professionalism keeps decreasing they have gone through the service and sprayed but Cockroaches keep multiplying. I manage a 40 unit property in the city of Northridge. We have our monthly service with Jose Lopez. This man goes above and beyond he is amazing!!!! Along with Michelle, she was so nice when we spoke over the phone. I accidentally gave one of my tenants the wrong date for fumigation so they went ahead and prepared. It turned out that I had given them the wrong date, so I called Jose. I asked him to get me out of a situation I was in, That's when Jose advised me that he would call the office for me and try to "pull some strings". Pacific Exterminator has been such a great company to work with! I was having a problem with rats in my attic and it would sometimes wake me up in the middle of the night. I called Pacific Exterminator and they came to do an inspection and close off any points of entry to my house. They set traps in the attic and came back every 2 weeks to check on the progress. The rats proved to be more difficult to get rid of than anticipated but the folks at Pacific Exterminator have been there every step of the way, continuing to come back to ensure that the situation is getting better. This company's reply should tell you enough about how they do business. Jokes on them because I didn't even need their help for bedbugs, I got rid of them myself. For others: You need to do your research online, learn about bedbug life cycle, how big your infection is and if it's containable to one room or has it spread?. If you can determine that, you will know how to treat it. After that review best products for bedbug killing( try to stick with natural products and one or 2 chemical products like laundry bleach. Also you need a vacuum or a carpet cleaner if you have carpets. My situation was isolated to one room so I packed everything in that room and treated the walls and all holes found with 5-7 products for one month. After one month I carpet cleaned( 5-10 times) and cleaned that room very well including the walls and all corners. I left the room cleaned for one more month and inspected it using online guides to finding bedbugs. After that I found no signs and I been bedbug feee ever since. After that I got bedbug covers for new mattress and bedbug traps that you put on the legs of the bed frame. This is a true story, don't bother with these types of companies that do nothing but fill up your home with extremely harsh chemical which can hurt you and your pets/children's health. Also they hardly do a good job, they don't want to do the job quickly and well because prolonging it will give them more business. If you want to get something done, do it yourself if you see that shitty work is being done kick their asses out and find better business. read more
