Eric clearly cares about his business and customers--he responded to me quickly, explained the entire process thoroughly, and answered all of my questions without trying to upsell or pressure me into anything. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. The price was fair as well. On the day of the service, his team Josh and team member arrived right on time. They walked me through everything again and were both professional and friendly. We decided to board our cats during the process to avoid moving them around too much, and that worked out perfectly. Overall, I felt comfortable and confident with the entire experience. Eric does not come out and service your home, he gives the job to someone else. I called today to get pricing, someone called me back. I asked if they give a Veteran Discount, as I am a Vietnam Veteran. The man said "no they do not because other customers got mad and they lost about 25 accounts because the "non veteran" people felt "left out." I told him that was offensive to me as a veteran myself. I refuse to do business with anyone who is disrespectful of veterans, to "cave in" to people who are not veterans is unpatriotic. John services our house and always gives us a heads up the day before that he'll be coming and around what time, he asks if we have any issues, he lets us know promptly if they need to reschedule due to rain, and he always makes sure to remind us about keeping our dogs inside during the time when they're spraying and for a bit afterwards too. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. We were having a lot of problems with bugs and spiders around our home and we had another pest control company, but they didn't seem to be doing a great job and we weren't really happy with them. We called around to a lot of different places just felt everybody was so overpriced and then we tried Eric the bug guy. There's truly no flaws with this company. Everything is billed automatically every other month I feel that the pricing is extremely fair. We've had a couple times where we've had something develop that had nothing to do with our normal maintenance and they came out at no charge to take a look at it for us, as promised. And they did this right away, which I also appreciated. Our technician Rich is amazing and very communicative and easy to reach. And I'm not really someone who is easily impressed. But I am impressed by him and this company as a whole. It's hard to find companies like this today and I just really appreciate them. We had a severe infestation of ants. They were coming out of the walls, literally. John arrived a day after we had called. He did a complete walkthrough of the house and then the yard. He suggested a service of the outside of the house. He said we'd notice an absence of ants in 3 to 5 days. He was spot on. Within a week we saw no more of the creepy little devils. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. This is not a man who cares in any way, shape or form about who you are as a valued customer, a local community member or a human being. One of his technicians came during the middle of the heat wave last summer to spray our property for spiders. He was here for under five minutes, did minimal work, left without acknowledging/greeting me again, and did not provide a summary of his work. He then charged me three times the quote I was given. After explaining the situation to Eric himself multiple times, he told me that if I didn't pay, he was going to send me to collections. He sent multiple threatening emails and was verbally abusive. I try to support local businesses over corporate, but I will never make that mistake again. I would have never agreed to a charge three times what I was quoted. How dare you lie, make repeated attempts to cheat me, and then threaten me with legal repercussions. read more

Called on what was first a bee problem and was honestly informed not to exterminate bees but given a good reference for a bee relocator. Turns out they weren't bees but yellow jackets and was able to re-engage them. Ryan was able to come over withing a few hours and spent a good amount of time handling the issue.
